Claims (13)
- 고농도의 무기물, 폴리올레핀계 중합체 또는 공중합체, 경우에 따라서는 공지된 다양한 첨가물을 포함하는 열가소성 집합체에 있어서, 무기물질의 그레인에 의해 경계가 지어지 입자간의 빈 공간은 유체화 반응제 존재하에 무기물의 이론적 비중과 최소한 근사하거나 같은 비중을 지니는 동시에 재분산 중합체와 우수한 양립성을 갖기위해 극성 단량체가 없으며 융점 또는 연화점에 최소 60℃이고 용융 흐름지수가 최소한 50(ASTM 1238 규격에 따라 측정)인 포리올레핀계 중합체 또는 공중합체로 채워지는 것을 특징으로하는 고농도의 무기물함유 열가소성 집합체 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, a) 극성 단량체가 없고 융점 또는 연화점이 최소 60℃이고 용융흐름 지수가 최소 50인 폴리올레핀계 중합체 또는 공중합체는 총 질량비의 4.05-19.99의 중량분률과, b) 상기 중합체 또는 공중합체의 중량분률 100에 대하여 400-1900, 바람직하게는 600-1200분률을 나타내는 무기물질은 총 질량비 중에서 80-95, 바람직하게는 85.7-92.3의 중량분률과, c) 유체화 반응제는 총 질량비의 0.01-0.95의 중량분률로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 고농도의 무기물을 함유하는 열가소성 집합체는 극성단량체가 없는 폴리올레핀계 중합체 또는 공중합체를 포함하는데 이것은 저밀도, 선형 또는 측쇄, 또는 고밀도 포리에틸렌, 폴리프로필렌 중합체 또는 공중합체, 폴리이소부틸렌, 단량체 에틸렌 프로필렌 및 이소부틸렌중 적어도 2개를 갖는 공중합체, 그라푸트 또는 공중합에 의해 개질된 폴리올레핀 중에서 선택된 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 고농도의 무기물을 포함하고 있는 열가소성 집합체중의 그라푸트 또는 공중합에 의해 개질된 폴리올레핀은 적합하게는 할로겐화 폴리올레핀, EPDM으로 개질된 폴리르로필렌 및 SEBS로 개질된 폴리프로필렌인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 고농도의 무기물을 포함하고 있는 열가소성 집합체중의 극성단량체가 없는 폴리올레핀계 중합체 또는 공중합체는 그들 사이에서 적어도 2개의 혼합물에 의하여 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항-5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 고농도의 무기물을 포함하고 있는 열가소성 집합체 중의 극성단량체가 없는 폴리올레핀계 중합체 또는 공중합체는 융점 또는 연화점이 최소 60℃이고, ASTM D 1238에 따라 측정한 흐름지수가 최소 200, 바람직하게는 최소 400인 것들 중에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항-6항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 고농도의 무기물을 포함하는 열가소성 집합체 중에 단독으로 또는 혼합물로 들어가는 상술된 무기물은 적어도 금속원소를 하나 포함하는 염 또는 무기산화물 중에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제7항에 있어서, 고농도의 무기물을 포함하는 열가소송 집합체중의 무기물은 알칼리-토족타산염, 탄산마그네슘, 탄산아연, 백운석, 석회 산화마그네슘, 황산바륨, 황산칼슘, 수산화알루미늄, 무수규산, 고령토, 활석, 운모, 산화아연, 산화철, 산화티탄, 유리섬유 및 입자, 울라스토 나이트 등에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로하는 조성물.
- 제11항-8항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 고농도의 무기물을 포함하는 열가소성 집합체중의 무기물에 천연 또는 합성유기물, 특히 염료, 전분, 셀룰로오스섬유 및 가루, 탄소섬유를 첨가하는 것을 특징으로하는 조성물.
- 제1항-9항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 고농도의 무기물을 포함하는 열가소성 집합체중의 무기물 또는 유기물은 적어도 크기가 0.01과 100㎛ 사이, 바람직하게는 0.5와 5㎛ 사이에 있는것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항-9항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 유체화 반응제가 적어도 하나의 유리인산기를 가지는 하기 구조식의 인사염인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.상기식에서(A)는 산화에틸렌, (B)는 산화프로필렌으로 0(m+n)24이고 R은 선형 또는 비선형의 포화 또는 불포화 알킬기, 아릴기, 포화 또는 불포화 헤테로고리 중에서 5-28개의 탄소원자, 바람직하게는 8-24개의 탄소원자를 갖는것들, 스테로이드 중에서 선택되며, R'는 수소, 탄소원자가 1-4개를 갖는 탄소사슬 그리고 R에 정의된 기에 속하는 그룹으로부터 선택된다.
- 제11항에 있어서, R이 할로겐, -OH, -COOH, -COOR, -NO2, NH2, -CONH2, -CN, -OPO3H2타입의 작용기를 적어도 하나 갖는것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제11항과 12항에 있어서, R'기가 R기와 동일한 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
