Claims (8)
- 폴리올레핀 수지, 나노소재, 그라프트용 단량체 및 과산화물을, 상기 나노소재의 분산 및 상기 그라프트용 단량체의 그라프트가 동시에 일어나도록 혼합하는 단계를 포함하여 이루어지는 폴리올레핀 나노복합체 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리올레핀 수지는 폴리에틸렌 단독중합체 수지, 폴리에틸렌 공중합체 수지, 폴리프로필렌 단독중합체 수지, 폴리프로필렌 공중합체 수지 및 에틸렌 비닐아세테이트 수지로 이루어진 군으로부터 하나 이상 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리올레핀 나노복합체 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 나노소재는 나노점토인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리올레핀 나노복합체 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 나노점토는 몬트모릴로나이트, 헥토라이트, 사포나이트, 논트로나이트, 바이델라이트, 버미큘라이트 및 할로이사이트로 이루어진 군으로부터 하나 이상 선택되며, 층간 높이는 1~50nm이고, 평균 입자크기는 1~20미크론이며, 밀도는 1~3g/cc인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리올레핀 나노복합체 제조방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 나노점토는 아민계 화합물에 의해 유기화 처리된 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리올레핀 나노복합체 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 그라프트용 단량체는 말레인산인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리올레핀 나노복합체 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 혼합은 150~250℃의 온도 범위에서의 용융혼련인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리올레핀 나노복합체 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 폴리올레핀 수지, 나노소재, 그라프트용 단량체 및 과산화물의 혼합시에 통상의 보조첨가제를 하나 이상 더 추가하여 혼합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리올레핀 나노복합체 제조방법.
