Abstract
Description
폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트/폴리부틸렌테레프탈레이트 알로이 수지는 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트와 폴리부틸렌테레프탈레이트를 주성분으로 하여 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트 10~80중량%, 폴리부틸렌테레프탈레이트, 충격보강제, 상용화제, 내열향상제의 혼합물을 230~260℃의 온도에서 용융혼련용 압출기로 혼련 압출하여 성형용 펠렛을 제조한 다음, 제조된 펠렛을 120℃에서 5시간 열풍 건조하여 제조한다.

- 다층절연전선에 있어서,구리, 합금선 혹은 에나멜선으로 구성된 도체(10)와,상기 도체(10) 상에 1.4-부탄디올 0.1-40 중량%, 에틸렌글리콜 20-50중량%, 테레프탈산 30-80 중량% 및 다가알콜 0.01~4.0중량%를 혼합하여 랜덤, 블록 혹은 그라프트 공중합 시킨 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트와 폴리부틸렌테레프탈레이트 공중합된 수지로 압출 절연하는 제1절연피복층(20)과,상기 제1절연피복층(20) 위에 1.4-부탄디올 0.1-40 중량%, 에틸렌글리콜 20-50중량%, 테레프탈산 30-80 중량% 및 다가알콜 0.01~4.0중량%를 혼합하여 랜덤, 블록 혹은 그라프트 공중합 시킨 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트와 폴리부틸렌테레프탈레이트 공중합된 수지로 중복하여 압출 절연하는 제2절연피복층(30)과,상기 제2절연피복층(20) 상에 폴리아미드, 폴리아미드-이미드, 폴리에틸렌테트라플로로에틸렌 중 어느 하나를 선택하여 압출 절연되는 외부피복층(40)으로 구성함을 특징으로 하는 다층절연전선.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 제1절연피복층과 제2절연피복층을 구성하는 공중합된 수지를 랜덤, 블록 혹은 그라프트 공중합 시킨 수지는 반응촉매로 티탄화합물을 에스테르 반응 또는 에스테르 교환반응 초기와 축중합반응 초기에 각각 0.1내지 1.0 중량부를 첨가하고 안정제로 티탄화합물을 에스테르 반응 또는 에스테르 교환반응 말기 또는 축중합 반응초기에 0.01 내지 1.0 중량부를 첨가하여 공중합된 수지로 구성함을 특징으로 하는 다층절연전선.

- 제3항에 있어서,상기 폴리아미드 수지는 나이론 6, 나이론 6,6 혹은 나이론 4,6 이중 한 가지 수지로 선택되며, 내열향상제를 0.01중량%~20중량% 및 압출향상제를 0.01중량%~5중량%가 배합된 수지로 구성함을 특징으로 하는 다층절연전선.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 에나멜선은 폴리우레탄, 폴리아미드, 폴리에스텔 및 폴리이미드 바니시 중 한 물질로 코팅 절연된 동선 혹은 합금선으로 구성함을 특징으로 하는 다층절연전선.
