Claims (2)
- 냉각팬에 공급되는 직류 플러스전원과;상기 냉각팬의 플러스단자에 접속되어 상기 직류 플러스전원을 연결하는 단자와;상기 냉각팬의 여자 전류를 소멸시키는 프리휠링 다이오드와;상기 냉각팬의 마이너스단자에 접속되어 직류 마이너스전원을 연결하는 단자와;상기 냉각팬의 마이너스단자에 연결되어 온/오프 구동신호에 의해 온/오프하는 전자스위치와;상기 전자스위치의 일측에 연결되는 냉각팬 전류 검출 장치와;상기 냉각팬 전류 검출 장치의 전류 검출 신호를 필터링하여 제공하는 아날로그 필터와;상기 아날로그 필터로부터의 필터링된 전류 검출 신호를 디지털 신호로 변환하여 제공하는 아날로그/디지털 컨버터와;상기 아날로그/디지털 컨버터로부터 입력되는 디지털 변환된 전류 검출 신호를 미리 설정된 고장 전류레벨과 비교하여,고장 전류 레벨보다 큰 경우에는 냉각팬에 이상이 있거나 이물질이 냉각팬에 걸려 냉각팬이 정지한 것으로 결정하고,고장 전류 레벨보다 작은 경우에는 미리 설정 저장된 냉각팬이 연결되지 않은 경우에 검출되는 전류 경계 값의 오픈 전류 레벨과 비교하여,오픈 전류 레벨보다 작으면 냉각팬이 연결되지 않은 것으로 결정하며,오픈 전류 레벨보다 크면 냉각팬에 이상이 없는 것으로 결정하여 정상운전을 수행하는 컨트롤러를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 냉각팬 고장 검출 장치.
