Claims (4)
- 외부 제어기와 인터페이스를 통해 DC모터 제어를 위한 PWM 신호를 주고받으며, 차량의 DC모터를 PWM 방식으로 제어하는 모듈로서,
상기 외부 제어기에서 입력되어 상기 인터페이스에 의해 변환된 PWM 신호를 상기 DC모터 제어를 위한 디지털 신호로 변환하는 마이컴(1104)과;
상기 마이컴이 변환한 디지털 신호를 FET 구동을 위한 전압값 및 전류값을 갖는 신호로 변환하는 게이트 드라이버(1106)와;
상기 마이컴과 상기 게이트 드라이버의 동작을 위한 전원을 공급하는 회로로서, 상기 마이컴에 소프트웨어적인 오류가 발생했을 때, 상기 마이컴을 리셋시키는 레귤레이터(1112)와;
상기 마이컴에 오류가 발생했을 때, 상기 게이트 드라이버에 듀티 0% 또는 100%의 구동신호를 출력하는 림프홈 블록(1114);을 포함하며,
상기 마이컴에 발생하는 오류는, 상기 마이컴 내부 연산에 문제가 생기거나 고장이 발생하여 상기 인터페이스에 입력되는 신호의 듀티와 상기 게이트 드라이버에 출력되는 신호의 듀티가 다른 경우 또는 상기 레귤레이터의 하드웨어적인 워치독이 발생하여 상기 마이컴을 리셋시켜야 하는 경우 중 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는,
림프홈 블록이 구비된 DC모터 PWM 제어모듈. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 마이컴과 상기 게이트 드라이버 사이의 제1신호경로와, 상기 림프홈 블록과 상기 게이트 드라이버 사이의 제2신호경로를 형성하며, 상기 림프홈 블록의 제어에 따라 상기 제1신호경로 또는 제2신호경로 중 어느 하나의 경로를 선택하는 스위치(1108);를 추가로 포함하는, 림프홈 블록이 구비된 DC모터 PWM 제어모듈. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 마이컴과, 상기 게이트 드라이버와, 상기 림프홈 블록은 하나의 모터제어용 반도체 IC에 구현되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 림프홈 블록이 구비된 DC모터 PWM 제어모듈. - 삭제
