Claims (6)
- 비도전성 성분과 도전성 성분으로 되어 있는 시스-코어형 복합섬유로서, 코어부분에 있는 도전성 성분의 복합섬유 횡단면 상의 모양이 원형이며 그 일부가 슬릿형태로 횡단면의 표면층까지 연장되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 작업성과 도전성이 우수한 도전사.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 도전성 성분 대 비도전성 성분의 중량비가 30 : 70 내지 5 : 95 임을 특징으로 하는 작업성과 도전성이 우수한 도전사.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 섬유 표면에 노출되어 있는 도전성 성분의 표면적이 섬유전체 표면적의 1 ∼ 30% 임을 특징으로 하는 작업성과 도전성이 우수한 도전사.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 비도전성 성분은 폴리아미드, 폴리에스터, 폴리올레핀, 폴리우레탄 또는 아크릴로 이루어진 군으로 부터 선택된 1종임을 특징으로 하는 작업성과 도전성이 우수한 도전사.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 도전성 성분은 카본블랙, 금속분말, 금속화합물 중에서 선택한 것을 10 ∼ 50중량% 함유하고 있는 섬유형성성 폴리머 임을 특징으로 하는 작업성과 도전성이 우수한 도전사.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 섬유형성성 폴리머는 폴리아미드, 폴리플로필렌, 폴리에스테르 중에서 선택한 것임을 특징으로 하는 작업성과 도전성이 우수한 도전사.
