Claims (14)
- 전기 광학 물질을 사이에 유지하여 이루어지는 한 쌍의 기판과, 해당 한 쌍의 기판에 마련된 표시용 전극을 구비하는 전기 광학 장치로서,상기 한 쌍의 기판 중 적어도 한쪽에 있어서의, 상기 전기 광학 물질에 대향하지 않는 측에 마련된 다층 구조를 갖는 무반사 코트와,상기 다층 구조를 갖는 무반사 코트의 층간에 배치된 ITO층을 구비하되,상기 무반사 코트의 상기 다층 구조에 있어서 상기 무반사 코트가 마련된 기판으로부터 가장 떨어진 층의 한층 앞에 상기 ITO층이 배치되어 있는것을 특징으로 하는 전기 광학 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 한 쌍의 기판중 한쪽 기판상에 스위칭 소자가 마련되고,상기 ITO층은 상기 한 쌍의 기판 중 다른쪽 기판상에 구비되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 광학 장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 ITO층은 상기 다른쪽 기판상에 형성된 방진(防塵) 유리상에 구비되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 광학 장치.

- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 ITO층은 전기 저항값은 1012〔Ω〕 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 광학 장치.

- 투사형 표시 장치로서,전기 광학 물질을 사이에 유지하여 이루어지는 한 쌍의 기판과, 해당 한 쌍의 기판에 마련된 표시용 전극을 갖는 광밸브와,해당 광밸브에 투사광을 입사시키는 광원과,해당 광밸브로부터 출사(出射)된 상기 투사광을 투사하는 광학계와,상기 광밸브에 대한 송풍을 행하는 송풍 팬(fan)을 구비하며,상기 광밸브는 상기 한 쌍의 기판중 적어도 한쪽에 있어서의, 상기 전기 광학 물질에 대향하지 않는 쪽에 마련된 다층 구조를 갖는 무반사 코트와, 상기 다층 구조를 갖는 무반사 코트의 층간에 배치된 ITO층을 갖되, 상기 ITO층은 상기 무반사 코트의 상기 다층 구조에서의 상기 무반사 코트가 마련된 기판으로부터 가장 떨어진 층의 한층 앞에 마련되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 투사형 표시 장치.
