Claims (4)
- 테레프탈산과 1,3-프로판디올을 사용하여 폴리트리메틸렌테레프탈레이트를 제조함에 있어서, 반응촉매로서 화학식(1)의 Ti계 촉매를 사용함을 특징으로 하는 폴리트리메틸렌테레프탈레이트의 제조방법.(MenO)x · (TiO2)y ·(H2O)z -------------------------- (1)(화학식(1)에서 Me는 Li, Na, K, Rb, Os, Mg, Sr 또는 Ba에서 선택되는 금속이며, n은 Me가 알칼리토 금속일 경우에는 1이고, 알칼리 금속일 경우에는 2이다.또한 x는 0.0001 ∼ 6, y는 1, z는 0.01 ∼ 2이며 입자의 크기는 15μm 이하이다.)
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 화학식(1)의 Ti계 촉매와 함께 안티몬트리옥사이드 촉매를 겸용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리트리메틸렌테레프탈레이트의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 티탄계 촉매의 함량은 Ti 중량기준으로 중합물 대비 1 ∼ 150ppm임을 특징으로 하는 폴리트리메틸렌테레프탈레이트의 제조방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 안티몬트리옥사이드 촉매의 함량은 안티몬 중량기준으로 중합물 대비 1 ∼ 300ppm이고, 촉매 전체의 함량은 티탄 및 안티몬 기준으로 중합물 대비 1∼400ppm임을 특징으로 하는 폴리트리메틸렌테레프탈레이트의 제조방법.
