Claims (2)
- 외측관과 내측관에 의한 원통 형상 이중관 구조의 방전용기를 가지고, 상기 외측관과 상기 내측관의 사이에 형성된 원통 형상의 방전공간 내에 유전체 배리어 방전에 의해 엑시머 분자를 형성하는 방전용 가스가 충전되어 이루어진 유전체 배리어 방전램프로서,방전용기에는, 각각 방전공간에 이어져 통하는 유체 유통관의 잔부(殘部)가 2개 이상 형성되어 있고, 상기 유체 유통관의 잔부는, 방전용기의 관축방향으로 이간하는 일단부 및 타단부에 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유전체 배리어 방전램프.
