Claims (9)
- 에틸렌 플랜트의 일차 분별증류장치 및 냉각부의 오염을 완화하고 점도를 감소시키는 방법으로서,알킬-치환 페놀-포름알데히드 수지를 상기 오염 완화 및 점도 감소에 효과적인 양으로 탄화수소 스트림에 부가하는 것을 포함하며,상기 수지는 모노알킬-치환 페놀-포름알데히드 수지, 폴리알킬-치환 페놀-포름알데히드 수지 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택되고, 1,000 내지 30,000의 중량 평균 분자량을 가지며, 탄소수가 4 내지 24인 선형 또는 분지될 수 있는 알킬 치환체를 하나 이상 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 수지는 모노알킬-치환 페놀-포름알데히드 수지, 디알킬-치환 페놀-포름알데히드 수지 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 알킬 치환체는 탄소수가 9 내지 16인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 수지는 2,000 내지 8,000의 중량 평균 분자량을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 수지는 노닐페놀-디노닐페놀-포름알데히드 수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 노닐페놀-디노닐페놀-포름알데히드 수지는 2,000 내지 10,000의 중량평균 분자량을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 노닐페놀-디노닐페놀-포름알데히드 수지는 12:1 내지 6:1의 몰비로 혼합된 노닐페놀과 디노닐페놀의 혼합물로부터 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 수지는 1 ppm 내지 5,000 ppm의 양으로 상기 탄화수소 스트림에 부가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 수지는 5 ppm 내지 200 ppm의 양으로 상기 탄화수소 스트림에 부가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
