Claims (3)
- 액정층을 사이에 두고 대향하는 일방 및 타방의 기판과,각 기판의 유효표시영역에 각각 형성된 일방 및 타방의 투명전극과,상기 일방 기판의 유효표시영역의 외주에 형성된 차광층과,상기 차광층 상에 형성되고 상기 각 기판 사이에 놓인 상태에서 상기 액정층을 시일링하는 환형상의 이방성 도전시일재를 구비하여 이루어지고,상기 차광층과 상기 이방성 도전시일재 사이에는 상기 타방의 투명전극에 구동신호를 보내는 인출배선이 설치되고,상기 타방의 기판과 상기 이방성 도전시일재 사이에는 상기 타방의 투명전극의 일부가 상기 이방성 도전시일재를 통하여 상기 인출배선에 겹치도록 설치되고,상기 유효표시영역의 외측영역에서는, 상기 타방의 투명전극과 상기 이방성 도전시일재와의 겹침부분에 비차광부가 형성됨과 동시에, 상기 유효표시영역에서는, 상기 타방의 투명전극과 액정층의 사이, 상기 유효표시영역과 상기 유효표시영역의 외측영역과의 경계부분에, 차광성 금속도전층이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 비차광부는 상기 차광성 금속도전층이 제거됨으로써 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 인출배선은 ITO 배선과 금속배선이 적층 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
