Claims (3)
- 가열실(13, 113)과,이 가열실(13, 113)에 통하는 냉각실(14, 114)과,복수 장의 판형 피처리물(3, 103)을, 두께 방향을 상하 방향으로 하여, 상하로 간격을 두고 지지하는 랙(15, 115)과;상기 가열실(13, 113) 내에서 랙(15, 115)에 의해 지지된 판형 피처리물(3, 103)을 가열하는 열풍을, 판상 피처리물(3, 103)에 횡방향으로부터 송풍되도록 발생시키는 열풍 발생 수단(16, 116)과;이러한 열풍이 통과하는 먼지 제거용 필터(17, 117)와,상기 랙(15, 115)을 가열실(13, 113)과 냉각실(14, 114) 사이에서 왕복 이동시키는 이동 기구(18, 118)와,상기 가열실(13, 113)과 냉각실(14, 114)의 접속 개구(12a, 112a)를 개폐하는 개폐 기구(51, 151)를 구비하는 열풍 가열식 열처리 장치(2, 102)를 포함하는 열처리 시스템으로서,상기 냉각실(14, 114)에서 랙(15, 115)에 의해 지지된 판형 피처리물(3, 103)을 방치 냉각할 수 있고, 그 판형 피처리물(3, 103)을 강제 공기 냉각하는 공냉 수단(31, 131a)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열처리 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 복수 개의 열풍 가열식 열처리 장치(2, 102)와, 단일의 반송 장치(4, 104)를 구비하며,상기 반송 장치(4, 104)는 판형 피처리물(3, 103)을 냉각실(14, 114) 내의 랙(15, 115)에 장입하여 지지되게 하는 동시에 냉각실(14, 114) 내의 랙(15, 115)에 의해 지지된 판형 피처리물(3, 103)을 꺼내는 기구를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열처리 시스템.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 가열실(113)과 냉각실(114)은 상하로 배열되게 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열처리 시스템.
