Claims (8)
- 폴리에스테르 필름의 일면에 유리전이온도가 60℃ 이상인 스티렌과 메타크릴산 또는 알킬메타크릴레이트 공중합체의 에멀젼 수지로 이루어진 코팅층을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 금속 박편 제조용 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,알킬메타크릴레이트가 탄소 수 1 내지 4개의 알킬기를 갖는 것임을 특징으로 하는, 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,코팅층의 건조 도포량이 0.01 내지 0.5g/㎡인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 비결정성 폴리에스테르 시트의 일면에, 유리전이온도가 60℃ 이상인 스티렌과 메타크릴산 또는 알킬메타크릴레이트 공중합체의 에멀젼 수지를 포함하는 코팅 조성물을 도포하여 코팅층을 형성하는 단계; 및 상기 코팅된 비결정성 폴리에스테르 시트를 연신 및 열고정하는 단계를 포함하는, 제 1 항에 따른 필름의 제조 방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,코팅 조성물이 플루오린(fluorine)계 계면 활성제를 0.01 내지 1 중량% 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,코팅층의 건조 도포량이 0.01 내지 0.5g/㎡이 되도록 코팅 조성물을 도포하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 코팅 조성물을, 폴리에스테르 시트를 종방향 연신 후 횡방향 연신 전에 도포하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항중 어느 한 항에 따른 폴리에스테르 필름의 코팅층에 금속층을 형성한 후, 적층 필름을 유기 용매에 침지시켜 적층 필름 중의 코팅층만을 용해시켜 금속층을 분리하는 것을 포함하는, 금속 박편의 제조 방법.
