Claims (4)
- 모터(111)에 감속기(112)를 결합하여 회전력을 적정 회전수로 감속시켜 샤프트(113)를 회전시키는 동력공급부(110)와,상기 동력공급부(110)의 샤프트(113)에 웜(121)을 길이방향으로 결합하고 웜(121)의 상측에 웜휠(122)을 수직으로 세워 치차결합하되 웜휠(122)의 일측 샤프트에 유성기어(123)를 형성하고 웜(121)의 전방으로 사각형상의 샤프트(124)를 형성시킨 동력전달부(120)와,상기 동력전달부(120)의 유성기어(123)에 내접형의 태양기어(131)를 치차결합하고 태양기어(131)의 타측에 형성된 중심축(132)에 한 쌍의 스윙아암(133)을 체결하여 고정시키되 스윙아암(133)의 하측에 각각 대응되는 한 쌍의 리밋스위치(135)를 설치하여 승,하강를 제어하는 콘트롤부(130)와,상기 동력전달부(120)의 샤프트(124)에 순차적으로 다수개의 승,하강드럼(141)을 연결하되 각각의 승,하강드럼(141) 사이를 연결샤프트(147)로 연결하여 결합하고 승,하강드럼(141)의 외주연 일측에 틸트조절구(145)를 결합하는 작동부(140)로 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 내장형 전동 블라인드 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 작동부(140)는 승,하강드럼(141)의 축공(143)을 육각공으로 형성하고 연결샤프트(147)를 육각봉으로 형성하여 정확하게 회전할 있도록 하되 축공(143)의 내부에 연질성질의 접착제를 충진하여 조인트 부분에 약간의 후렉시블한 상태가 유지되도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 내장형 전동 블라인드 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 작동부(140)는 승,하강드럼(141)의 외주연 일측에는 가이드홈(146)이 형성된 틸트조절구(145)를 결합하여 여기에 사다리 형상의 틸트로프(20) 상측을 고정시키되 틸트조절구(145)가 승,하강드럼(141)에 일정한 마찰력을 가지도록 설치하여 고속회전시에는 공회전하고 저속에서는 연동되어 회전되게 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 내장형 전동 블라인드 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 동력전달부(120)의 사각형상 샤프트(124)와 결합되는 승,하강드럼(141)은 일측 외주연에 나선부(142)를 형성하고 나선부(142)에 암나사로된 나선지지부(148)를 치차결합하며 동력전달부(120)측의 축공(143)을 사각형상으로 형성하되 축공(143)에 샤프트(124)를 단순히 끼워 회전할 때 길이방향으로 이동될 수 있도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 내장형 전동 블라인드 장치.
