Claims (17)
- 지지체와, 상기 지지체를 둘러싸도록 형성되는 퓨저블 엘리먼트층과, 상기 퓨저블 엘리먼트층 양단에 각각 배치되는 캡과, 상기 각 캡에 각각 연결되는 리드선을 구비한 퓨즈저항기 본체를 포함하고,상기 리드선의 일부가 돌출된 채로 상기 퓨즈저항기를, 일측이 개구된 보호용 수용부재 내에 아크에너지를 흡수하는 충진재와 함께 수용시키고, 마감재를 이용하여 상기 보호용 수용부재의 입구를 밀봉시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 퓨즈장치.
- 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 충진재는 점토, 석고, 탄산칼슘, 운모, 실리카, 알루미나, 모래, 자갈, 사암, 석회암, 또는 이의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 퓨즈장치.

- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 퓨저블 엘리먼트층은 온도 계수가 2,000 ppm/℃ 이상이고 고유 비저항치가 1.6×10-8 Ωm ~ 1.8×10-8 Ωm 인 물질로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 퓨즈장치.
- 제 5항에 있어서,상기 퓨저블 엘리먼트층은 주석을 주성분으로 하는 재료로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 퓨즈장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 지지체와 상기 퓨저블 엘리먼트층의 사이에 도전성 물질로 이루어진 도전층을 더 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 퓨즈장치.
- 제 7항에 있어서,상기 도전층은 니켈 크롬(Ni-Cr)을 포함하는 재료로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 퓨즈장치.

- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 수용부재는 나일론 계열을 포함하는 재료로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 퓨즈장치.

- 지지체 둘레에 퓨저블 엘리먼트층을 형성하고, 상기 퓨저블 엘리먼트층의 양단에 캡을 배치한 후 상기 캡에 리드선을 연결하여 퓨즈 저항기 본체를 제조하고,상기 제조된 퓨즈저항기 본체를 상기 리드선의 일부가 돌출된 채로 일측이 개구된 보호용 수용부재 내에 수용시키고,상기 보호용 수요부재 내에 아크에너지를 흡수하는 충진재를 채우고,상기 보호용 수용부재의 입구를 마감재를 이용하여 밀봉시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 퓨즈장치의 제조방법.

- 제 12항에 있어서,상기 지지체와 상기 퓨저블 엘리먼트층 사이에 도전성 물질로 이루어진 도전층을 더 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 퓨즈장치의 제조방법.
