Claims (12)
- 압전소자,그 면상에 상기 압전소자를 배치함으로써 상기 압전소자와 함께 압전 진동자를 구성하는 진동판,상기 진동판의 주위에 배치된 프레임부,상기 프레임부 및 상기 진동판을 접속하고 상기 진동판이 선형으로 진폭가능하도록 상기 진동판을 지지하는 댐퍼부,상기 진동판, 상기 댐퍼부 및 상기 프레임부 사이에 형성되는 가장자리부를 포함하고,제 1 소재를 사용한 양표면을 구성하는 2층의 표면층과, 상기 제 1 소재와 다른 제 2 소재를 사용한 상기 2층의 표면층의 사이에 그 양면이 각각 상기 표면층과 접합되어 구성되는 1층의 코어층을 갖는 샌드위치 구조재료에 소정의 처리를 실시함으로써, 상기 진동판, 상기 댐퍼부 및 상기 프레임부를 일체로 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압전 스피커.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 소재가 갖는 열팽창 계수는 상기 압전소자가 갖는 열팽창 계수와 가까운 값이고,상기 제 2 소재의 밀도는 상기 제 1 소재의 밀도보다 경량인 것을 특징으로하는 압전 스피커.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 표면층의 두께는 상기 코어층의 두께보다 얇은 것을 특징으로 하는 압전 스피커.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 및 제 2 소재는 각각 금속 및 고분자 수지의 박판 중 하나를 선택하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압전 스피커.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 소재는 42 알로이를 소재로 한 금속 박판이고, 상기 제 2 소재는 42알로이와는 다른 금속 및 고분자 수지의 박판 중 하나를 선택하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압전 스피커.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 제 2 소재는 알루미늄을 소재로 한 금속 박판인 것을 특징으로 하는 압전 스피커.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 가장자리부는 상기 진동판, 상기 댐퍼부 및 상기 프레임부와의 사이에 형성되는 공극에 상기 제 1 및 제 2 소재와는 다른 재료를 장전함으로써 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압전 스피커.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 가장자리부는 상기 진동판, 상기 댐퍼부 및 상기 프레임부 사이에 형성되는 영역에서의 상기 제 1 소재만을 에칭처리함으로써 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압전 스피커.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 압전소자에 구동전압을 인가하는 한쪽의 전극은 상기 프레임부에 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압전 스피커.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 샌드위치 구조재료를 구성하는 재료의 적어도 일부는 절연성을 갖는 소재가 포함되어 있고,상기 프레임부는 상기 샌드위치 구조재료를 구성하는 복수의 층의 적어도 일부를 소정의 형상으로 에칭처리함으로써 회로부가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압전 스피커.
