Claims (5)
- Si 분말, 용제 및 결합제로 된 슬러리를 탄소/탄소 복합재의 표면에 도포하고 열처리하여 탄소/탄소 복합재의 표면에 내산화 코팅층을 형성하는 방법으로서,상기 내산화 코팅층을 형성하기 이전에, 탄소/탄소 복합재를 Al 증기로 증착시켜 표면 개질하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소/탄소 복합재상의 내산화 코팅층 형성 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 표면 개질을 진공이나 Ar 등의 불활성 분위기에서 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소/탄소 복합재상의 내산화 코팅층 형성 방법.
- Si 분말과 Al 분말을 혼합한 혼합 분말, 용제 및 결합제로 된 슬러리를 탄소/탄소 복합재의 표면에 도포하고 열처리하여 내산화 코팅층을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소/탄소 복합재상의 내산화 코팅층 형성 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 열처리를 진공 또는 Ar 등의 불활성 분위기에서 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소/탄소 복합재상의 내산화 코팅층 형성 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서,Si 분말과 Al 분말의 혼합비(중량비)가 90:10 내지 98:2 인 것을 특징으로 하는 탄소/탄소 복합재상의 내산화 코팅층 형성 방법.
