Claims (4)
- 폴리스티렌(Polystyrene)수지인 GPPS수지와 HIPS수지를 6:4 비율로 배합기내 혼합하여 8~15분간 80℃의 온도에서 상기 배합기 내에서 건조시키는 1차혼합 및 건조공정과(S1),상기 1차 혼합 및 건조공정에 의해 건조된 배합기내 폴리스티렌 혼합수지에 백분율 대비 발포제 0.2~1.8%, 구연산 0.2%, 아연 0.02~0.2%, 분산제 0.06~0.08% 비율로 혼합하는 2차 혼합공정과(S2),바이오세라믹, 옥, 숯 분말등을 폴리스티렌 혼합수지에 백분율 대비 2~5% 이내로 1, 2차 혼합공정을 거친 배합기를 85℃를 유지토록 한 상태에서 투입, 혼합하는 3차 혼합공정과(S3),상기 배합기를 87℃로 유지한 후 혼합된 폴리스티렌수지를 토출하여 자연건조시킨 후, 압출성형장치(100)의 호퍼(101)측으로 공급하는 폴리스티렌수지 토출 및 호퍼공급공정과(S4),압출성형장치(100) 일측 상기 호퍼(101)로부터 공급되는 폴리스티렌 혼합원료가, 상기 압출성형장치(100)내 다수의 실린더(110~113)를 통과하여 겔상화 되고, 압출성형장치(100) 타측 제1다이스(120)와 압출성형금형틀(122)을 내재하고 있으며 그 측면으로 코팅제공급부(130)와 연결되는 제2다이스(121)를 통과, 발포된 상태의 폴리스티렌 발포체가 일정형상으로 압출되어지는 발포 및 압출성형공정과,(S5)상기 압출성형공정으로부터 통과된 발포체를 냉각장치(140)에 투입 냉각시키는 냉각공정과(S6),상기 냉각공정으로부터 냉각되어 토출되는 폴리스티렌수지 발포체 표면층을 전사하는 전사공정과(S7),상기 전사공정을 거친 폴리스티렌수지 발포체를 인출하여 소망길이로 절단, 적재하는 절단/적재공정(S8)으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리스틸렌 수지의 고발포성 건축내장재 압출성형 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 발포 및 압출성형공정(S5)에서 압출성형장치(100)의 상기 실린더 (110~113) 중 호퍼측 실린더(제1실린더)는 195℃의 초기예열온도에서 110~165℃의 작업온도 범위의 상태에서 폴리스티렌수지가 통과되도록 하는 것과,중간측 실린더(제2,3실린더)(111,112)는 185~190℃의 초기예열온도에서 110~165℃의 작업온도 범위내에서 호퍼측 실린더(제1실린더)(110)를 통과한 폴리스티렌 수지가 통과되도록 하는 것과,제1다이스측 실린더(제4실린더)(113)는 170℃의 초기예열온도에서 130~160℃의 작업온도범위내에서 상기 중간측 실린더(111,112)를 통과한 폴리스티렌 수지가 통과되도록 하는 것을 포함하는 폴리스틸렌 수지의 고발포성 건축내장재 압출성형 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 발포 및 압출성형공정(S5)에서 상기 제1다이스(120)는 195℃ 온도에서 초기예열한 후 140~165℃의 작업온도범위내에서 상기 각각의 실린더(110~113)를 통과한 폴리스티렌수지가 통과되어 발포되도록 하는 것과,상기 제2다이스(121)는 200℃의 온도에서 초기예열한 후 120~170℃의 작업온도범위내에서 상기 제1다이스(120)를 통과한 폴리스티렌수지가 통과되어 발포 성형되도록 하는 것을 포함하는 폴리스틸렌 수지의 고발포성 건축내장재 압출성형 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한항에 의해 제조되는 고발포성 건축내장재.
