Description
Claims (6)
- a) 제1 격리막의 한면에 복수의 음극판을 서로 인접하게 접착하는 단계,b) 제2 격리막의 한면에 복수의 양극판을 서로 인접하게 접착하는 단계,c) 제1 격리막과 제2 격리막을 서로 겹친 후 이웃한 두개의 전극판 사이에 형성된 접음선을 따라 정해진 한쪽 방향으로 순차 접어 분리된 두 겹의 격리막이 안쪽에서 바깥쪽으로 일정한 방향으로 접혀진 형태를 가지며, 두 겹의 필름 사이에 형성된 공간에 음극판과 양극판이 교대로 위치하고, 음극판의 탭은 음극판끼리, 양극판 탭은 양극판끼리 서로 중첩되는 적층체를 제조하는 단계, 및d) 상기 적층체를 외장재에 넣고 전해액을 주입한 후 포장하는 단계를 포함하는 리튬이차전지의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 양극판 및 음극판이 각각 양극활물질 및 음극활물질이 전류집전체의 한면 또는 양면에 코팅된 것임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 양극활물질이 리튬 전이금속 산화물이고, 상기 음극활물질이 금속성 리튬, 리튬 합금, 탄소 또는 흑연이고, 상기 격리막이 폴리에틸렌, 폴리프로필렌, 폴리비닐리덴플루오라이드, 헥사프로필렌플루오라이드, 폴리에틸렌옥사이드 및 이들의 혼합물로 구성되는 군에서 선택된 다공성 필름이고, 상기 전해질이 액체형 전해질, 젤형 폴리머 전해질 또는 고체형 폴리머 전해질인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 탭을 갖는 복수의 음극판, 탭을 갖는 복수의 양극판, 상기 음극판과 양극판을 분리시키는 격리막, 및 전해질을 포함하는 적층형 리튬이차전지에 있어서, 상기 격리막은 분리된 두 겹의 필름이 안쪽에서 바깥쪽으로 정해진 한쪽 방향으로 순차 접혀진 형태를 가지며, 두 겹의 필름 사이에 형성된 공간에 음극판과 양극판이 교대로 위치하고, 음극판의 탭은 음극판끼리, 양극판 탭은 양극판끼리 서로 중첩되는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층형 리튬이차전지.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 양극판 및 음극판이 각각 양극활물질 및 음극활물질이 전류집전체의 한면 또는 양면에 코팅된 것임을 특징으로 하는 리튬이차전지.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 양극활물질이 리튬 전이금속 산화물이고, 상기 음극활물질이 금속성 리튬, 리튬 합금, 탄소 또는 흑연이고, 상기 격리막이 폴리에틸렌, 폴리프로필렌, 폴리비닐리덴플루오라이드, 헥사프로필렌플루오라이드, 폴리에틸렌옥사이드 및 이들의 혼합물로 구성되는 군에서 선택된 다공성 필름이고, 상기 전해질이 액체형 전해질, 젤형 폴리머 전해질 또는 고체형 폴리머 전해질인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬이차전지.
