Claims (11)
- 금형들 사이에 금속재료를 위치시키는 단계;와,상기 금속재료와 금형들을 수용하는 성형체임버를 형성하도록 밀봉가능하면서 투명한 덮개로 상기 금속재료와 금형들을 둘러싸는 단계;상기 투명한 덮개의 바깥에 배치된 적외선 램프로 상기 금형들과 함께 상기 금속재료를 가열하는 단계; 및,상기 금형들을 이용하여 상기 금속재료를 성형하는 단계;로 이루어진 금속제품의 성형방법.

- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 가열단계와 성형단계에서, 불활성가스 분위기가 상기 금속재료와 금형들 주위에 형성되도록 되어 있는 금속제품의 성형방법.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 상기 성형단계 후에 불활성가스를 이용하여 상기 금속재료와 금형들을 냉각하는 단계;와,상기 냉각단계 후에 금형들에서 금속재료를 제거하는 단계;를 더 포함하여 이루어진 금속제품의 성형방법.
- 각각이 금속재료를 성형하는 금형을 지지하도록 된 제 1 및 제 2금형지지부;와,상기 금속재료를 성형하기 위해 상기 금형지지부들 사이에서 상대이동을 발생시키는 구동장치;상기 금속재료와 함께 상기 금형들을 가열하도록 된 적외선 램프; 및상기 적외선 램프를 바깥쪽에 구비하고 상기 지지부를 수용하는 밀폐된 성형체임버를 형성하도록 된 투명한 덮개;를 포함하되,상기 금형지지부에 의해 지지된 금형과 금형 사이에 배치된 금속재료가 상기 적외선 램프에 의해 방출되고 투명 덮개를 통해 전달되는 적외선에 의해 총체적으로 가열되도록 이루어진 성형장치.

- 제 6항에 있어서, 불활성가스를 상기 성형체임버내로 공급하는 불활성가스 공급장치를 더 포함하여 이루어진 성형장치.
- 제 10항에 있어서, 상기 금형지지부는 불활성가스가 금형들로 공급되는 가스통로를 구비하는 성형장치.
