Claims (3)
- 자성이동체의 피검출부에 대향하여 배치된 자전변환소자와,착자방향이 상기 자성이동체와 대향방향에 수직으로 향해진 자석과,상기 피검출부에 대향한 대향방향에 간격을 두고 형성된 적어도 2개의 돌극부를 갖는 자성체가이드를 구비하며,하나 이상의 상기 자전변환소자가 상기 대향방향에 대하여 수직방향에서 보아서 상기 돌극부 사이에 배치되어 있는 자기검출장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,하나 이상의 자전변환소자가 상기 자성이동체의 직경방향에 대하여 수직방향에서 보아 상기 돌극부 사이를 기준으로 할 때, 상기 자성이동체측에 배치되어 있거나, 또는 상기 자성이동체의 반대측에 배치되어 있는 자기검출장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,복수의 돌극부 사이가 형성되고, 각각의 돌극부 사이에 상기 자전변환소자가 배치되어 있는 자기검출장치.
