Claims (3)
- 테레프탈산 제조 공정중 산화반응의 생성물로부터 고상의 테레프탈산을 여과할 때 발생하는 수용성 산화촉매 물질 및 초산이 함유된 모액으로부터 산화 촉매를 회수하는 방법에 있어서,상기 모액을 증발처리하는 단계, 농축된 모액을 여과하여 불용성 입자를 제거하는 단계, 여과액을 여과액중의 초산이 실질적으로 완전히 제거되도록 증발처리하여 슬러지화하는 단계, 얻어진 슬러지를 물과 메틸아세테이트의 혼합 추출용매에 녹여 촉매 물질은 수성층에 유기불순물은 유성층에 각각 추출하는 단계, 수성층의 추출 용액에 알칼리금속 탄산염을 가하여 촉매 물질을 석출시키는 단계, 및 석출된 용액을 여과하여 고체 케이크를 얻고 이를 초산에 용해하여 테레프탈산 제조공정의 산화반응 공정으로 재순환시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 테레프탈산 제조 공정에서 산화 촉매 물질의 회수방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 슬러지화 단계에서의 증발조건이 온도 50∼100℃, 압력 0.01∼1.0 atm인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 혼합추출용매중 메틸아세테이트의 물에 대한 질량비가 0.1∼1.0배인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
