Abstract
Description
Claims (10)
- 방향족 폴리에스테르 수지를 이동층 반응기의 위쪽으로 공급하여 아래쪽으로 배출시키고, 불활성 기체를 수지의 상류 및 하류로 순환시키고, 반응기의 온도를 180 내지 250℃에서 유지시키면서, 수지의 평균 잔류 시간을 중합체의 고유 점도가 0.3 dl/g 이상 증가되도록 충분히 오래 유지시켜서, 고유점도(IV)가 0.10 내지 0.45 dl/g인 방향족 폴리에스테르 수지를 고체 상태로 중축합시키는 연속 방법으로서, 반응기에서 배출되는 불활성 기체와 중합체의 시간당 유량 비인 R이 0.1 내지 0.6 인 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 중합체의 IV가 0.15 내지 0.30 dl/g임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 및 2 항에 있어서, R이 0.2 내지 0.5임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 반응기의 온도가 210 내지 235℃임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 불활성 기체가 질소임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 질소가 중합체와 함께 하류로 순환됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 폴리에스테르 수지가 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트, 이소프탈산으로부터 유도되는 1 내지 20%의 단위체를 함유하는 코폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 및 폴리부틸렌 테레프탈레이트로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 불순도가 메탄의 당량으로서 표현하여 10 ppm 미만에 이를 때까지 유기 불순물을 정제시킨 후, 질소를 반응기에서 재순환시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 제 2 항에 있어서, 고체 상태로 중축합 반응하는 수지에 0.01 내지 1 중량%의 테트라카르복실산 이무수물을 첨가함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 이무수물이 피로멜리트산 이무수물임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
