Abstract
본 발명은 0.01 내지 0.45d1/g의 고유 점도(Ⅳ)를 갖는 수지를 고체 상태로 중축합시킴으로써 방향족 폴리에스테르 수지를 제조하는 방법으로서, 반응기에 공급되는 기체의 시간당 유속와 공급 중합체의 시간당 유속사이의 비 R이 0.1 내지 0.6인 방법에 관한 것이다.

Claims (10)
- 폴리에스테르 수지를 이동층 반응기의 위쪽에 공급하고 아래쪽으로 배출시키고, 비활성 기체를 수지의 상류 및 하류로 순환시키고, 반응기의 온도를 180 내지 250℃에서 유지시키면서 수지의 평균 잔류 시간을 충분히 길게 유지시켜서, 중합체의 고유 점도를 0.3 d1/g 이상 증가시켜 0.10 내지 0.45 d1/g의 고유 점도 (Ⅳ)를 갖는 방향족 폴리에스테르 수지를 고체 상태로 중축합시키는 연속 방법으로서, 반응기에서 배출되는 기체와 중합체의 시간당 유속 사이의 비 R이 0.1 내지 0.6인 방법.
- 제1항 및 2항에 있어서, 중합체의 Ⅳ가 0.15 내지 0.30 d1/g인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 및 2항에 있어서, 비 R이 0.2 내지 0.5인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 반응기의 온도가 210 내지 235℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 비활성 기체가 질소인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 질소가 중합체와 함께 하류로 순환되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리에스테르 수지가 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈산염, 이소프탈산으로부터 유도되는 1 내지 20%의 단위를 함유하는 코폴리에틸렌 테레프탈산염 및 폴리부틸렌 테레프탈산염으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 불순도가 메탄의 당량으로서 표현하여 10 ppm 미만에 이를때까지 유기 불순물이 정제된 후에 질소가 반응기에서 재순환되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 고체 상태로 중축합 반응하는 수지에 0.01 내지 1중량%의 테트라카르복실산 이무수물이 첨가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 이무술이 피로멜리트산 이무수물인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
