Claims (5)
- 소형모터에 있어서,단부를 갖는 케이싱과,공간을 둘러싸는 외주벽을 갖는 회전축 지지부재로서, 그 내부에 축받이부를 형성하는 내주면과 저면을 구비하며 상기 공간으로 개방되는 대략 원통 형상의 축공이 일체적으로 형성되고, 상기 외주벽이 케이싱의 단부에 고정되는 회전축 지지부재와;축받이부에 결합하는 단부를 갖는 회전축과;상기 회전축에 결합된 회전자와;상기 회전자를 둘러싸는 고정자와;분기부를 가지며 축받이부에 인접한 회전축 지지부재 내의 적어도 하나의 관통공과;상기 관통공을 관통하는 리드선; 및상기 리드선을 상기 관통공에 고정시키기 위한 상기 분기부 내의 접착제를 구비하며,상기 회전축 지지부재는 윤활성을 갖는 수지재료로 일체로 형성되어 축의 윤활을 위한 오일에 대한 필요성을 제거하는 소형모터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수지재료는 액정 폴리머를 구비하는 소형모터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 회전축 지지부재의 저면은 사출성형에 의해 수지재료가 주입된 축받이부 아래에 위치된 오목부를 구비하는 소형모터.
- 소형모터에 있어서,단부를 갖는 케이싱과;공간을 둘러싸는 외주벽을 갖는 회전축 지지부재로서, 그 내부에 축받이부를 형성하는 내주면과 저면을 구비하며 상기 공간으로 개방되는 대략 원통 형상의 축공이 일체적으로 형성되고, 상기 외주벽이 케이싱의 단부에 고정되는 회전축 지지부재와;축받이부에 의해 수용된 단부를 갖는 회전축과;분기부를 가지며 축받이부에 인접한 회전축 지지부재 내의 적어도 하나의 관통공과;상기 관통공을 관통하는 리드선; 및상기 리드선을 상기 관통공에 고정시키기 위한 상기 분기부 내의 접착제를 구비하며,상기 회전축 지지부재는 윤활성을 갖는 수지재료로 일체로 형성되어 축의 윤활을 위한 오일에 대한 필요성을 제거하는 소형모터.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 회전축의 단부는 축받이부와 축 사이의 접촉영역을 감소시키도록 볼록하게 형성되는 소형모터.
