Claims (2)
- "수입검사, 래핑공정, 세정공정, 예열공정, TRD 피복층 형성공정, 냉각공정, 뜨임공정, 세척공정, 최종검사, 완료" 의 순으로 이루어지는 종래의 TRD 표면강화처리법에 있어서,상기 TRD 코팅공정 전 예열공정 중 750℃∼950℃ 분위기에서 탄소와 질소를 별도 침투 확산시켜 침탄침질화 처리한 다음 TRD 코팅공정을 수행할 수 있도록 하여 MCN 복합화합물 피복층이 형성될 수 있도록 하는 것을 특징으로 한 열반응석출·확산법에 의한 탄질화 복합층 형성방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 침탄침질화처리는 가스침탄침질화, 액체식 침탄침질화, 유동상 침탄침질화, 플라즈마 침탄침질화, 진공침탄침질화 중 선택된 하나의 방법인 것을 특징으로 한 열반응석출·확산법에 의한 탄질화 복합층 형성방법.
