Claims (4)
- 가스 연료나 액체 연료의 증기 및 산소를 포함한 기체를 이용하여 수소를 포함하는 개질 가스를 생성하는 연료 개질기, 가스 연료나 액체 연료의 증기와 수소를 포함한 기체와의 혼합기, 가스 연료나 액체 연료의 증기를 상기 혼합기를 통해 상기 연료 개질기에 공급하는 공급기, 산소를 포함하는 기체를 상기 혼합기를 통해 상기 연료 개질기에 공급하는 공급기, 및 상기 연료 개질기에 공급되는 가스 연료나 액체 연료의 증기의 제1 유량 및 상기 연료 개질기에 공급되는 산소를 포함하는 기체의 제2 유량의 컨트롤러를 구비한 연료 개질 시스템에 있어서,상기 증기의 제1 유량의 검출기;상기 기체의 제2 유량의 검출기;상기 연료 개질기로 공급되는 가스 연료나 액체 연료의 증기, 상기 연료 개질기로 공급되는 산소를 포함하는 기체, 가스 연료나 액체 연료의 증기와 산소를 포함하는 기체와의 혼합물 중 적어도 하나의 온도 검출기를 더 포함하며,상기 기체의 제2 유량에 대한 상기 증기의 제1 유량의 비가 상기 온도 검출기의 출력에 따라 보정되고, 그 보정된 비에 따라 산소를 포함하는 기체가 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 개질 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,가스 연료의 유량, 액체 연료 증기의 유량, 또는 액체 연료의 유량이 산소를포함하는 기체의 유량에 대한 가스 연료나 액체 연료의 증기의 유량 비의 보정값에 따라 보정되어 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 개질 시스템.
- 가스 연료나 액체 연료의 증기 및 산소를 포함한 기체를 이용하여 수소를 포함하는 개질 가스를 생성하는 연료 개질기, 가스 연료나 액체 연료의 증기와 수소를 포함한 기체와의 혼합기, 가스 연료나 액체 연료의 증기를 상기 혼합기를 통해 상기 연료 개질기에 공급하는 제1 공급기, 및 산소를 포함하는 기체를 상기 혼합기를 통해 상기 연료 개질기에 공급하는 제2 공급기를 구비한 연료 개질 시스템의 연료 개질 방법에 있어서,액체 연료를 상기 제1 공급기에 공급하는 단계;상기 연료 개질기에 공급된 가스 연료나 액체 연료의 증기 온도를 검출하는 단계;상기 검출된 온도에 따라 산소를 포함하는 기체의 제2 유량에 대한 가스 연료 증기의 제1 유량의 비의 제1 보정계수를 결정하는 단계;상기 증기의 제1 유량을 검출하는 단계;상기 검출된 제1 유량 및 결정된 제1 보정계수에 따라 상기 제2 공급기에 공급되는 제2 유량을 결정하는 단계; 및상기 결정된 제2 유량에 따라 상기 제2 공급기를 제어하여 산소를 포함하는 기체의 상기 연료 개질기로의 유량을 조정하는 단계로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 개질 시스템의 연료 개질 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서,액체 연료를 공급하기 전에, 기억된 연료 유량 보정계수에 따라 상기 제1 증기 공급기에 공급할 액체 연료의 필수 유량을 결정하고,기체의 유량을 조정한 후에, 결정된 제1 보정계수에 따라 연료 유량 보정계수를 결정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 개질 시스템의 연료 개질 방법.
