Claims (6)
- 중적외 광선을 출사하는 광원과, 상기 광원으로부터 출사된 광선이 입사되며 또한 측정 대상에 의한 흡수를 검출하는 전반사 감쇠(Attenuated Total Reflection ; ATR) 프리즘과, 상기 ART 프리즘을 통과한 광선의 스펙트럼 강도를 검출하는 스펙트럼 검출기를 포함하고, 전반사 감쇠 분광법(全反射減衰分光法)에 의해 중적외(中赤外) 영역에서의 포도당을 함유하는 시료(試料)의 흡수 스펙트럼 강도를 검출하는 검출 수단과;상기 검출 수단으로 검출된 흡수 스펙트럼 강도에 따라, 주성분 분석법에서의 포도당에 대응하는 로딩(loading)을 산출하는 수단과;상기 포도당에 대응하는 로딩을 기억하는 수단을 구비하는 포도당 농도 측정 장치.
- 중적외 광선을 출사하는 광원과, 상기 광원으로부터 출사된 광선이 입사되며 또한 측정 대상에 의한 흡수를 검출하는 전반사 감쇠(ATR) 프리즘과, 상기 ART 프리즘을 통과한 광선의 스펙트럼 강도를 검출하는 스펙트럼 검출기를 포함하고, 전반사 감쇠 분광법에 의해 중적외 영역에서의 포도당을 함유하는 시료의 흡수 스펙트럼 강도를 검출하는 검출 수단과;상기 검출 수단으로 검출된 흡수 스펙트럼 강도에 따라, 주성분 분석법에서의 포도당에 대응하는 로딩을 산출하는 수단과;상기 흡수 스펙트럼 강도 및 로딩에 따라, 당해 흡수 스펙트럼 강도의 로딩에 의한 전개 계수로서의 스코어를 결정하는 스코어 결정 수단과;상기 스코어와 포도당 농도를 대응시키는 검량선(檢量線)을 기억하는 검량선 기억 수단을 구비하는 포도당 농도 측정 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 스코어 결정 수단으로 결정된 스코어에 대하여 상기 검량선을 참조하여, 포도당 농도를 결정하는 농도 결정 수단을 구비하는 포도당 농도 측정 장치.
- 포도당을 함유하는 시료의, 주성분 분석법에서의 포도당에 대응하는 로딩을 기억하는 수단과;스코어와 포도당 농도를 대응시키는 검량선을 기억하는 검량선 기억 수단과;중적외 광선을 출사하는 광원과, 상기 광원으로부터 출사된 광선이 입사되며 또한 측정 대상에 의한 흡수를 검출하는 전반사 감쇠(ATR) 프리즘과, 상기 ART 프리즘을 통과한 광선의 스펙트럼 강도를 검출하는 스펙트럼 검출기를 포함하고, 전반사 감쇠 분광법에 의해 중적외 영역에서의 포도당을 함유하는 시료의 흡수 스펙트럼 강도를 검출하는 검출 수단과;상기 로딩 및 흡수 스펙트럼 강도에 따라, 당해 흡수 스펙트럼 강도의 로딩에 의한 전개 계수로서의 스코어를 결정하는 스코어 결정 수단과;상기 스코어 결정 수단으로 결정된 스코어에 대하여 상기 검량선을 참조하여, 포도당 농도를 결정하는 농도 결정 수단을 구비하는 포도당 농도 측정 장치.
- 중적외 광선을 출사하는 광원과, 상기 광원으로부터 출사된 광선이 입사되며 또한 측정 대상에 의한 흡수를 검출하는 전반사 감쇠(ATR) 프리즘과, 상기 ART 프리즘을 통과한 광선의 스펙트럼 강도를 검출하는 스펙트럼 검출기를 포함하고, 전반사 감쇠 분광법에 의해 중적외 영역에서의 포도당을 함유하는 시료의 흡수 스펙트럼 강도를 검출하는 검출 수단과;상기 흡수 스펙트럼 강도로부터 배경 물질의 흡수 스펙트럼을 뺌으로써, 포도당의 스펙트럼 강도를 결정하는 스펙트럼 강도 결정 수단과;상기 스펙트럼 강도와 포도당 농도를 대응시키는 검량선을 기억하는 검량선 기억 수단을 구비하는 포도당 농도 측정 장치.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 스펙트럼 강도 결정 수단으로 결정된 포도당의 스펙트럼 강도에 대하여 상기 검량선을 참조하여, 포도당 농도를 결정하는 농도 결정 수단을 구비하는 포도당 농도 측정 장치.
