Claims (5)
- 中赤外領域の光源と、
前記光源から出射した光を用いて全反射減衰法により試料の吸収スペクトル強度を測定した全反射光を出射する全反射減衰プリズムと、
前記全反射減衰プリズムから出射した全反射光から試料の吸収スペクトル強度を検出する検出器と、
グルコース溶液の中赤外領域における吸収スペクトルの所定のピークをそれぞれ中心波長とした所定帯域を透過する複数のバンドパスフィルタと、
前記光源から前記検出器に至る光路上に前記複数のバンドパスフィルタの1つがあるように切り換える駆動手段と、
前記駆動手段によるバンドパスフィルタの切り換えを制御するとともに、前記検出器で検出された吸収スペクトル強度に基づいて主成分分析を用いてグルコース濃度を算出する制御・データ処理手段と、
前記全反射減衰プリズムに対して試料を位置決めして固定する位置決め手段と、
を有し、前記吸収スペクトルの所定のピークは1035、1080、1110cm −1 における第1〜第3のピークであり、前記複数のバンドパスフィルタが透過する帯域の中心波長はこれら第1〜第3のピークにそれぞれ対応するものであり、前記位置決め手段は前記試料となる被験者の腕を前記全反射減衰プリズムに押し当てたときの腕の状態を再現するよう型を取ってなるものであることを特徴とするグルコース濃度測定装置。 - 前記バンドパスフィルタは、前記所定の中心波長の所定帯域を少なくとも透過する第1段の複数のバンドパスフィルタと、前記複数のバンドパスフィルタが透過する所定帯域の下端から上端までを透過し、それ以外を遮断する第2段のバンドパスフィルタとを有することを特徴とする請求項1記載のグルコース濃度測定装置。
- 前記複数のバンドパスフィルタは、吸収スペクトル強度の補正を行うベースラインと規格化のための基準位置として用いるそれぞれ所定波長を中心波長とした所定帯域を透過するものをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載のグルコース濃度測定装置。
- 前記制御・データ処理手段は、前記検出器で検出された吸収スペクトル強度に基づいて、主成分分析法における、グルコースに対応するローディングを検出し、前記吸収スペクトル強度及びローディングに基づいて、当該吸収スペクトル強度のローディングによる展開係数としてのスコアを決定し、スコアとグルコース濃度とを対応付ける検量線を作成することを特徴とする請求項1記載のグルコース濃度測定装置。
- 前記全反射減衰プリズムに試料を固定して一定圧力で押し付ける一定圧負荷手段を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載のグルコース濃度測定装置。
