Claims (11)
- 전지 캔의 극성과 이종의 극성의 전극 인출판을 금속판의 관통구멍에 장착한 절연성 부재에 전극 도출 핀을 관통시켜 코킹하여 고착한 전지 헤더를 갖는 밀폐형 전지에 있어서, 전지 헤더의 금속판의 전지 캔의 내부측의 면에 장착되는 내부 절연판과, 전지 헤더의 금속판의 전지 캔의 외부측에 장착되는 외부 절연판이 적어도 2면에서 접촉하는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐형 전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 외부 절연판은 전지 헤더의 금속판에 형성한 오목부에 부착된 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐형 전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 내부 절연판과 외부 절연판은 전극 도출 핀의 축에 수직인 평면과, 전극 도출 핀과 동심원상의 곡면으로 이루어지는 접촉면을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐형 전지.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 외부 절연판은 전지 헤더의 금속판에 형성한 오목부에 부착된 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐형 전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 내부 절연판과 외부 절연판은 전극 도출 핀과 동심원상의 반경이 다른 2개의 면을 전극 도출 핀에 수직인 평면에서 결합한 접촉면을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐형 전지.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 외부 절연판은 전지 헤더의 금속판에 형성한 오목부에 부착된 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐형 전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 내부 절연판과 외부 절연판은 전극 도출 핀의 축에 수직인 3개의 면이 전극 도출 핀과 동심원상인 반경이 다른 2개의 면에 의해 결합한 접촉면을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐형 전지.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 외부 절연판은 전지 헤더의 금속판에 형성한 오목부에 부착된 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐형 전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 내부 절연판과 외부 절연판은 전극 도출 핀의 축에 대하여 경사한 2개의 면으로 이루어지는 접촉면을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐형 전지.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 외부 절연판은 전지 헤더의 금속판에 형성한 오목부에 부착된 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐형 전지.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 밀폐형 전지가 리튬 이온 전지인 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐형 전지.
