Claims (3)
- 원재를 피더에 의해 일정길이씩 공급시키며 프레스를 이용해 블랭킹공정으로 소정의 소재를 뽑아내고 이 소재를 포밍을 위한 금형과 단조콤파운드를 위한 금형들을 이용해 소재를 "M"자형상으로 1차성형을 이루도록하는 콤파운드워킹단계;상기 1차성형을 완료한 소재를 포밍을 위한 단조 프레스금형으로 상기 1차성형에서 만곡면으로 이룬 중앙부를 수평면으로 가압성형과 동시에 벤딩을 위한 단조프레스금형을 이용하여 소재의 측벽을 적당한 높이에서 외향으로 절곡하여 내향에서 외향으로 가며 점차적으로 내려앉는 구배를 가지도록 포밍공정을 이루어 2차성형을 이루도록하는 단계; 및상기 2차성형을 이룬 소재를 단조 프레스금형을 이용해 상기 2차성형단계에서 이룬 소재의 수평면 중앙부를 상기 1차성형에서의 절곡방향과는 반대방향으로 성형되는 융출부와 상기 2차성형에서 이룬 측벽을 "U"자형상으로 절곡시키는 벤딩공정을 이루어 3차성형을 이루는 단계를 포함하여서된 것을 특징으로하는 브레이징에 적합한 절곡면을 갖는 부재의 성형방법
