Claims (3)
- 용융 알루미늄 도금강판의 제조방법에 있어서,통상의 방법으로 강판을 용융 알루미늄 도금욕에서 도금 처리한 후, 강판 위에 형성된 도금층의 알루미늄이 완전히 응고하기 전에 도금강판 표면에 냉각수와 고압의 공기를 냉각수 압력 2.0~3.5kg/cm2으로 일정하게 유지시키고, 냉각수압력:공기압력의 비를 1.2~2.0으로 변화시켜 적정비율의 냉각수와 고압공기를 알루미늄 도금층에 안개(Mist)상으로 혼합 분사 시켜 강제 냉각함으로써 도금층 표면에 형성되는 다각형 무늬의 생성을 억제하여 미려한 표면외관을 갖도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 용융 알루미늄 도금강판의 제조방법.

- 제 1항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 알루미늄 도금강판을 5.0 ~ 60.0 ℃/sec의 냉각속도로 냉각시킴을 특징으로 하는 미려한 표면외관을 갖는 용융 알루미늄 도금강판의 제조방법.
