- 삭제
- 금속 코일들을 장착하기 위하여 상·중·하로 구비된 언코일러(11)와, 각 언코일러(11)에 장착된 코일로부터 해권되어 진행하는 스트립의 유동을 방지하고 안내하기 위하여 상·하 한 쌍으로 구성되는 가이드/핀치 롤(12A)들이 상·중·하로 각각 설치된 입구측 가이드 스탠드(12)와, 가이드 스탠드(12)를 통과한 스트립들을 가열하기 위한 가열수단과, 가열로를 통과한 스트립들의 유동을 방지하며 안내하기 위한 출구측 가이드 스탠드(14)와, 출구측 가이드 스탠드(14)를 통과한 스트립들을 접합시키기 위한 압연기(15)와, 접합된 클래드 스트립(CS)의 평탄도를 교정하기 위한 레벨라(16)와, 클래드 스트립(CS)을 전단하여 클래드판(CP)으로 만들기 위한 쉬어(17)를 포함하여 구성된 클래드판의 연속 제조 장치에 있어서,상기 가열수단은 일정 범위내에서 상·하로 위치 이동이 가능한 전기 히터(13A)가 평행하게 상·하 2단으로 설치된 가열로(13)인 것을 특징으로 하는 클래드판의 연속 제조 장치.
