Claims (3)
- 숯을 함유하는 합성섬유를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 일염기성 포화지방산으로 pH를 3.0~5.5로 조정한 수용액에 실란화합물을 첨가하여 얻어지는 실란화합물 함량 0.1~1.0%인 실란화합물 수용액을 평균입도 5~15㎛의 숯분말 표면에 도포한 후 이 숯 분말을 100~120℃로 가열건조시키고, 가열 건조된 숯 분말 5~40wt%와 합성수지 60~95wt%를 진공중에서 혼련하여 숯을 함유하는 합성수지칩을 만들고, 이 칩을 직접 용융방사하거나 상기 숯을 함유하는 합성수지칩과 합성수지를 균일하게 혼합한 후 용융방사하여 숯 함량 5~30wt%인 숯을 함유하는 합성섬유를 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 일염기성 포화지방산이 아세트산(acetic acid), 프로피온산(propionic acid) 또는 부탄산(butanoic acid)중에서 선택되는 것인 숯을 함유하는 합성섬유를 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 실란화합물이 비닐트리아세톡시실란, 비닐트리메톡시실란, 비닐트리에톡시실란 또는 메타크릴옥시프로필트리메톡시실란 중에서 선택되는 숯을 함유하는 합성섬유를 제조하는 방법.
