Claims (5)
- 폴리카보네이트 수지, 불소화 폴리올레핀계 수지 및 난연제로 이루어지는 폴리카보네이트 수지 조성물에 있어서,상기 난연제로는 -R2SiO-(여기서, R은 메틸기, 페닐기 및 수산화기)를 반복단위로 하고, 페닐기/메틸기의 비율이 0.25 ∼ 3이고, 수산화기의 함량이 2 ∼ 10%이고, 실리콘(Si)의 치환도가 1 ∼ 2이며, 분자량(Mw)이 2000 ∼ 4,000 인 실리콘 레진 0.05 ∼ 2.0 중량%와, 설폰산 금속염 0.05 ∼ 3.0 중량%가 함유되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성 및 기계적 물성이 우수한 폴리카보네이트 수지 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 폴리카보네이트 수지는 93 ∼ 99.85 중량% 함유되어 있고, 상기 불소화 폴리올레핀계 수지는 0.05 ∼ 2.0 중량% 함유되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성 및 기계적 물성이 우수한 폴리카보네이트 수지 조성물.

- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 설폰산 금속염은 다음 화학식 1 또는 화학식 2로 표시되는 것임을 특징으로 하는 난연성 및 기계적 물성이 우수한 폴리카보네이트 수지조성물.화학식 1R(SO3M)n화학식 2R[(SO3)2M']n상기 화학식 1 또는 2에 있어서, n 은 1 ∼ 4의 정수이고, M과 M'는 알칼리 금속 또는 알칼리 토금속 양이온이고, R은 1 ∼ 18개의 탄소 원소를 함유하는 알킬기 또는 6 ∼ 10 개의 탄소원소를 함유하는 아릴기(aryl group)를 나타낸다.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 수지 조성물은 충격보강제, 무기물 첨가제, 열안정제, 산화방지제, 광안정제, 안료 및 염료로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택된 하나이상의 첨가제가 추가로 함유되어 있는 것임을 특징으로 하는 난연성 및 기계적 물성이 우수한 폴리카보네이트 수지 조성물.
