Claims (9)
- (메타)아크릴옥시프로필 트리메톡시실란, (메타)아크릴옥시 프로필 트리에톡시 실란 및 (메타)아크릴옥시프로필트리프로폭시 실란으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 실란계 모노머를 0.2∼1.0 중량% 포함하는 아크릴산 에스테르계 모노머 50∼90 중량부, 방향족 비닐계 모노머 10∼30 중량부 및 상온가교형 모노머 1.0∼10 중량부를 혼합하여 모노머 혼합물을 제조하는 단계;얻어지는 모노머 혼합물 10∼60 중량부, 계면활성제 0.2∼5 중량부 및 라디칼 중합개시 촉매 0.1∼1 중량부를 혼합하여 부가 중합 혼합물을 제조하는 단계;제조된 부가 중합 혼합물의 pH를 9∼12로 조절하는 단계; 및경화제로서 1급 디아민 가교제를 포함하는 수용성 물질 1∼10 중량부를 첨가하는 단계를 포함하며 유리전이온도 0∼20℃인 아크릴 에멀젼 수지 조성물의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 아크릴산 에스테르계 모노머가 메틸(메타)아크릴레이트, 에틸(메타)아크릴레이트, 이소프로필(메타)아크릴레이트, 노르말부틸(메타)아크릴레이트, 이소부틸(메타)아크릴레이트, 라우릴(메타)아크릴레이트, 스테아릴(메타)아크릴레이트, 베타-히드록시부틸(메타)아크릴레이트 및 디-(에틸렌글리콜)모노(메타)아크릴레이트로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 적어도 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 방향족 비닐계 모노머가 스티렌, 알파-메틸스티렌, trans-베타-메틸스티렌, 베타-메틸스티렌 및 4-메틸스티렌으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 적어도 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 상온가교형 모노머가 아세토아세톡시에틸(메타)아크릴레이트 및 디아세톤(메타)아크릴아마이드으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 적어도 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 경화제는 에틸렌디아민, 프로필렌디아민, 히드라진하이드레이드, 헥사메틸렌디아민, 아디픽디하이드라지드, 1,3-프로판디카르복시디하이드라지드, 1,6-헥산디카르복시디하이드라지드, 세바시디하이드라지드, 디글리콜아미딕디하이드라지드 및 나프탈렌디카르복시디 하이드라지드로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 적어도 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 혼합물의 pH 는 암모니아수, 모노에탄올아민, 디에탄올아민, 트리에탄올아민, 1-아미노-2-메틸프로판, 2-아미노-2-메틸프로판 및 트리에틸아민으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 pH 안정제를 0.1∼2.0 중량%첨가하여 조절하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
