Claims (4)
- 용융방사하는 구금에 있어, 단면의 형태가 원형, 타원형에서 일부가 천공되어 있는 "C자형" 또는 "U자형"의 형태로 중심선에서 대칭이 되도록 배열하고, 아래식을 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이형단면 섬유용 방사구금.0.05 ≤ SW ≤ 0.15 ....................... (1)0.1 ≤ AR ≤ 0.35 .........................(2)1.0 ≤ OL/SW ≤ 2.0 .......................(3)상기 식에서, SW : 슬리트의 폭 (㎜)AR : 폴리머가 토출되는 면적 = 천공면적 (㎟)OL : 슬리트가 접하는 두께(㎜) 이다.
- 청구항 1에 기재된 방사구금을 이용하여 열가소성 폴리머를 280∼300℃의 온도에서 아래식을 만족하도록 방사하고, 이를 냉각시킴을 특징으로 하는 이형단면섬유의 제조방법.3 ≤ Q ≤ 15 ........................... (4)단, 상기식에서 Q는 천공된 단위면적당 폴리머의 토출량 (g/min.㎟)이다.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,아래식(5)를 만족하도록 냉각시킴을 특징으로 하는 이형단면섬유의 제조방법.0.85≤HZ/ND≤1.6 .............................(5)단, HZ는 구금 직하로 부터 냉각공기가 불어나오는 지점까지의 거리 (㎜)ND : 구금하면의 직경(㎜) 이다.
- 청구항 2 및 청구항 3에 기재된 제조방법에 의하여 제조됨을 특징으로 하는 이형단면섬유.
