Claims (6)
- 다공성 지지체위에 폴리아마이드 활성층을 도입하는 폴리아마이드 복합막의 제조방법에 있어서,폴리아클릴로니트릴 용액을 이용하여 다공성 지지체를 제조하는 1 단계;상기 1 단계에서 제조된 지지체를 NaOH로 개질하여 -COOH 기를 지닌 다공성 지지체를 제조하는 2 단계;상기 2 단계에서 제조된 지지체위에서 피페라진과 아실클로라이드(Acyl chloride) 화합물을 반응촉매하에서 계면중합하여 폴리아마이드 활성층을 도입하여 지지체의 -COOH 기와 활성층 제조 단량체인 피페라진의 -N+< 기가 이온결합을 이루고 있는 복합막을 제조하는 3 단계;로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 나노분리용 폴리아마이드 복합막의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 2 단계에 사용되는 NaOH 농도가 0.1 ∼ 2 M인 것을 특징으로 하는 나노분리용 폴리아마이드 복합막의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 2 단계의 NaOH 처리시간이 30분 ∼ 3시간인 것을 특징으로 하는 나노분리용 폴리아마이드 복합막의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 3 단계의 반응촉매가 트리에틸아민인 것임을 특징으로 하는 나노분리용 폴리아마이드 복합막의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 3 단계의 아실클로라이드(Acyl chloride) 화합물이 트리메소일 클로라이드(Trimesoyl chloride), 테레프탈로일 클로라이드(Terephthaloyl chloride), 이소프탈로일 클로라이드(Isophthaloyl chloride) 중에서 선택된 것임을 특징으로 하는 나노분리용 폴리아마이드 복합막의 제조방법.
- 다공성지지체 위에 폴리아마이드 활성층이 도입된 나노복합막에 있어서, -COOH기를 가진 폴리아클리로니트릴 다공성지지체 위에 폴리아마이드 활성층이 이온결합을 형성하여 다음 화학식 1의 구조로 화학결합되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 나노분리용 폴리아마이드 복합막.화학식 1
