Claims (16)
- 내부의 공간을 기밀하게 밀봉하고 있는 밀폐용기,상기 밀폐용기 내에 탄성지지된 전동기, 및상기 전동기에 의해 구동되며, 냉매가스를 압축하여 그 압력을 높이기 위한 압축기구를 가지는 밀폐형 전동압축기에 있어서,상기 압축기구보다 먼저 상기 냉매가스를 내부로 통과시키기 위한 흡입머플러로서,a) 열가소성 합성수지로 이루어지며, 접합면에 대한 실질적으로 수직인 하중성분을 포함하는 가압, 과 함께 행하는 유도가열용착에 의해 접합부에서 서로 접합되어 있는 복수의 부분, 및b) 상기 복수의 부분의 상기 접합면을 따라 상기 접합부의 내부에 매립되어 있는 루프형상의 도체를 가지는 흡입머플러.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 부분의 한쪽이 돌기를, 상기 부분의 다른쪽이 상기 돌기를 내부에 끼우기 위한 홈을 각각 포함하며, 상기 도체가 상기 돌기의 선단부와 상기 홈과의 사이에 배치되어 용착에 의해 고정되어 있는 흡입머플러.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 돌기와 상기 홈이 실질적으로 동일한 폭인 흡입머플러.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 접합부가 실질적으로, 다른 높이의 복수의 평면상에 있는 흡입머플러.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 도체의 종단면의 폭 및 두께가 실질적으로 동일한 흡입머플러.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 도체의 종단면의 폭이 두께보다 실질적으로 큰 흡입머플러.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 도체의 형상이 실질적으로 나선형상인 흡입머플러.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 도체의 형상이 길이방향으로 수직인 축을 가진 복수의 구멍을 포함하는 흡입머플러.
- 내부의 공간을 기밀하게 밀봉하고 있는 밀폐용기;상기 밀폐용기 내에 탄성지지된 전동기;상기 전동기에 의해 구동되며, 냉매가스를 압축하여 그 압력을 높이기 위한 압축기구; 및상기 압축기구보다 먼저 상기 냉매가스를 내부로 통과시키기 위한 흡입머플러로서,a) 열가소성 합성수지로 이루어지며, 접합면에 대한 실질적으로 수직인 하중성분을 포함하는 가압, 과 함께 행하는 유도가열용착에 의해 접합부에서 서로 접합되어 있는 복수의 부분, 및b) 상기 복수의 부분의 상기 접합면을 따라 상기 접합부의 내부에 매립되어 있는 루프형상의 도체를 포함하는 흡입머플러를 가지는 밀폐형 전동압축기.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 흡입머플러의 상기 접합부에 있어서, 상기 부분의 한쪽이 돌기를, 상기 부분의 다른 쪽이 상기 돌기를 내부에 끼우기 위한 홈을 각각 포함하며, 상기 도체가 상기 돌기의 선단부와 상기 홈과의 사이에 배치되어 용착에 의해 고정되어 있는 밀폐형 전동압축기.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 상기 흡입머플러에서는 상기 돌기와 상기 홈이 실질적으로 동일한 폭인 밀폐형 전동압축기.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 흡입머플러의 상기 접합부가 실질적으로, 다른 높이의 복수의 평면상에 있는 밀폐형 전동압축기.
- 제 9 항 내지 제 12 항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 도체의 종단면의 폭 및 두께가 실질적으로 동일한 밀폐형 전동압축기.
- 제 9 항 내지 제 12 항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 도체의 종단면의 폭이 두께보다 실질적으로 큰 밀폐형 전동압축기.
- 제 9 항 내지 제 12 항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 도체의 형상이 실질적으로 나선형상인 밀폐형 전동압축기.
- 제 9 항 내지 제 12 항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 도체의 형상이 길이방향으로 수직인 축을 가진 복수의 구멍을 포함하는 밀폐형 전동압축기.
