Claims (5)
- 촉매/카본블랙/바인더로 구성된 가스확산전극을 제조하는 방법에 있어서,상기한 카본블랙은 공기 기류하에 450 ∼ 550 ℃ 조건으로 열처리하고, 산용액 또는 알카리용액에 담지하는 전처리과정을 수행한 후에,과불소화합물에 분산시켜 표면 소수화처리된 것을 특징으로 하는 가스확산전극의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 과불소화합물은 카본블랙에 대하여 10 ∼ 200 중량% 범위내에서 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스확산전극의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 과불소화합물은 과불소알킬실란(PFS) 및 퍼플루오로폴리에테르(PEPE) 중에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스확산전극의 제조방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 과불소알킬실란은 SiX3CH2(CH2)n(CF2)5CF3(이때, X는-Cl, -OCH3또는 -OCH2CH3를 나타내고, n은 4 내지 20의 정수)로 표시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스확산전극의 제조방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 퍼플루오로폴리에테르는 Y-CF2O-(CF2CF2O)p-(CF2O)q-CF2-Y(이때, Y는 -CH2OH, -CH2OCH3, -CH2(OCH2CH2)rOH 또는 -CH2OCH2CH(OH)CH2OH를 나타내고, p/q=0.5이고, p는 4 내지 20의 정수이며, r은 1 내지 4의 정수)로 표시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스확산전극의 제조방법.
