Claims (4)
- 사용자에 의하여 조작되는 전자펜의 좌표 데이터를 생성시켜서 호스트 컴퓨터에 입력시키고, 상기 호스트 컴퓨터로부터의 영상 데이터를 처리하여 상기 전자펜의 이동 경로를 디스플레이하는 디지타이징 시스템에 있어서,정전용량을 가진 상부 기판과 하부 기판 사이에 상부 전극 라인들과 하부 전극 라인들이 직교하게 설치되고 액정이 주입된 공통 패널;상기 전자펜에 대한 디지타이징 제어를 수행하면서 상기 좌표 데이터를 생성시키는 디지타이징 제어부;상기 상부 전극 라인들을 구동하는 상부 전극 구동부;상기 하부 전극 라인들을 구동하는 하부 전극 구동부; 및상기 디지타이징 제어부에 타이밍 제어 신호를 입력시키면서 상기 디지타이징 제어부, 상부 전극 구동부 및 하부 전극 구동부를 통합적으로 제어하여, 상기 디지타이징 제어부가 상기 좌표 데이터를 생성하도록 지원하는 한편, 상기 호스트 컴퓨터로부터의 영상 데이터에 따른 상기 전자펜의 이동 경로가 상기 공통 패널에서 디스플레이되게 하는 통합 제어부를 포함한 디지타이징 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 상부 전극 구동부와 하부 전극 구동부로부터 디스플레이 구동 신호들과 디지타이징 구동 신호들이 시분할적으로 출력되고, 상기 디지타이징 구동 신호들이 출력되는 동안에 상기 디지타이징 제어부가 상기 전자펜에 전류가 흐르는 시점을 검출하여 상응하는 좌표 데이터를 생성하는 디지타이징 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 상부 전극 구동부와 하부 전극 구동부의 출력단이 상기 상부 전극 라인들과 하부 전극 라인들에 대하여 전기적으로 차단되는 디지타이징 시간이 단위 구동 주기마다 존재하며, 상기 디지타이징 시간에서 상기 디지타이징 제어부가 상기 전자펜에 구동 신호를 인가함과 동시에 상기 상부 전극 라인들과 하부 전극 라인들중에서 전류가 흐르는 라인들을 검출하여 상응하는 좌표 데이터를 생성하는 디지타이징 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 공통 패널의 상부 기판의 윗면에 상기 전자펜이 쓰여질 수 있는 투명한 완충판이 덮여져 있는 디지타이징 시스템.
