Claims (3)
- 비파괴검사용 용접결함시편의 제작에 있어서,각 용접모재의 마주댄 부위를 1차로 가접하여 용접접합부를 형성하고, 상기 용접접합부에 대한 2차 용접을 실시하여 용접비드를 형성하며, 상기 용접비드에 결함 형성을 위한 기공용 세라믹, 기공용 석면, 슬래그 혼입용 세라믹 중 선택되는 어느 하나를 투입하고 3차로 용접하여 용접시편을 제작한 후, 해당 구조물의 용접부위에 대응하는 크기 및 형상으로 상기 용접시편을 절단하는 단계(S10);상기 구조물의 해당 부위에 상기 용접시편을 에폭시접착제로 접착하는 단계(S20);로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 비파괴검사용 용접결함시편의 제작방법.
