When it is immersed in the acid solution for about 3-4 hours, it neutralizes and removes the outer mucosa and acid-coagulates the semi-liquid protein of the internal organs to make it dehydrated and withdrawn to dry naturally or artificial hot air. It relates to a biological drying method of the starfish.
Description
The present invention relates to a method of drying the starfish, and more particularly, to a method of drying the starfish in which the nutrients contained in the starfish are dried without being damaged and decaying.
Starfish inhabiting the sand mud between 100 meters and 100 meters from the coastal wave as a sheltered animal, has an ecologically strong covering. The epidermal mucosa is a property that does not pass water and air, and the internal viscera is a semi-fluid protein tissue containing 90% of moisture.
These starfish ecological conditions indicate that if the seawater is a low tide phenomenon, the starfish, which has very weak momentum, cannot move like the seawater, remain on the seawater-free beach, and the outer shells are dried by external influences, or solar heat, to save lives. It is lost. However, in order to extend the life until the next high tide (high tide), in order to maintain life, the internal seawater, which is abundant in the internal organs, is stored as semi-fluid with protein, and the non-evaporable, non-breathable It is necessary to cover the outside with mucous membranes to maintain life from external influences.
In this way, the starfish covers the outside with a non-evaporable and non-breathable mucosa to suppress evaporation of seawater. Therefore, the starfish is artificially heated by a powerful skin membrane or dried by the natural drying method using sunlight. Under the conditions, the biodrying of the starfish is accompanied by extremely difficult problems and promotes decay rather than drying.
Therefore, when the starfish is dried and used for other purposes, that is, there is a problem in using it as a fertilizer, in particular, there is a problem that the starfish composed of protein material may not be useful as a health supplement.
Therefore, the object of the present invention is to immerse the sea starfish in the acid solution of PH 4 -PH 6 for about 3-4 hours and withdraw the outer membrane mucosa neutralized and acidic semi-fluid protein of the internal organs The purpose of the present invention is to provide a method of drying a starfish that can be dried without decaying by damaging the nutrients contained in the starfish by drying and drying by natural drying or artificial hot air.
When described by the embodiment for achieving the object of the present invention as follows.
In order to dry the starfish of the present invention, the main acidic solution uses an edible alum (POTASIUM ALUM), dissolves 5-7 kg of alum per 20-30 l of water, forms a strong acidic solution, and the acidic solution is about 3-4 hours. After dipping, withdrawal is a method of natural drying or artificial hot air drying.
The epidermal mucosa of starfish is ecologically pH 6.5 -PH 7.6 . The water and harvesting time are slightly different, but are slightly acidic to alkaline. Therefore, if a strong acidic solution composed of 5kg alum per 20-30L of water is formed and the starfish is immersed for about 3-4 hours, the outer shell membrane of the starfish is neutralized and peeled, After acid coagulation and dehydration, withdrawal is natural drying or artificial hot air drying.
As described above, according to the present invention, when the starfish is immersed in an acid solution of PH 4 -PH 6 for about 3-4 hours and taken out, the outer membrane is neutralized and dehydrated by acid coagulation of semi-fluid protein of internal organs. The starfish made in a state dried by natural drying or artificial hot air can be dried without damaging the nutrients contained in the starfish, thereby having the effect of completing the health supplement food as a starfish living body.
The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and various modifications are possible within the spirit and scope of the present invention.
