Claims (1)
- 난방 운전이 진행 중에 실내기의 열교환기 온도를 온도센서가 감지하여 과부하온도(T1) 이상인지 여부를 판단하고, 과부하온도(T1)보다 낮으면, 현재 진행 중인 난방 운전이 지속적으로 이루어지는 단계(S1 단계)와;상기 감지된 온도가 과부하온도(T1)보다 높게 되면, 수직블레이드의 현재 위치 상태 즉, 수직블레이드의 토출 각도를 감지하여 감지된 수직블레이드의 위치가 정면(완전히 개방된 상태) 혹은 측면(정면을 제외한 모든 상태) 상태로 있는지 판단하고, 수직블레이드가 정면 상태이면, 실내기 송풍팬의 알피엠(rpm)을 높이거나 실외기 팬을 오프시켜 과부하를 해소시키는 단계(S6 단계)로 넘어가는 단계(S2 단계)와;상기 수직블레이드가 측면 상태이면, 스텝핑 모터를 작동하여 자동으로 수직블레이드가 정면 상태로 위치하도록 제어하는 단계(S3 단계)와;상기 수직블레이드를 정면 위치로 보내진 상태에서 열교환기의 온도 변화를 감지하여 이 감지된 온도가 과부하온도(T1)와 난방 운전이 가능한 온도인 보정온도(T2) 사이를 유지하는지 판단하고, 감지된 온도가 과부하온도(T1)와 보정온도(T2) 사이에 위치하게 되면, 현 상태로 지속적인 난방운전을 유지하면서 열교환기의 온도를 지속적으로 감지하는 단계(S4 단계)와;상기 S4 단계에서 감지된 온도가 과부하온도(T1)와 보정온도(T2) 사이를 벗어난 경우, 이 감지된 온도가 보정온도(T2) 미만인 경우에는 초기 난방운전 상태로 돌아가 상기한 단계들을 반복하도록 실행되고, 감지된 온도가 과부하온도(T1)보다 클 경우에는 실내기의 송풍팬 알피엠(rpm)을 높이거나 실외기 팬을 오프시켜 과부하를 해소하는 단계(S6 단계)로 실행되는 단계(S5 단계)로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 에어컨의 난방운전 중 과부하 제어방법.
