Claims (6)
- 가스의 공급관(3a)에 설치된 유입필터(13);이송관(4a)으로부터 증발기(2)로 전송하는 가스 팽창실(14);상기 가스흐름을 조절하는 조절수단을 구비한 밸브 유니트에 있어서,상기 조절수단은:상기 공급관(3a)과 상기 이송관(4a) 사이에 설치되고, 상기 팽창실(14)을 통하여 흐름을 차단하거나 공급하기 위하여 정온 액튜에이터(12)와 같이 작동하는 제1 실린더형 셔터(150)를 구비하는 주밸브(15); 및상기 팽창실(14)에서 상기 공급관(3a)으로 전달하는 적어도 하나의 순환관(18a)을 차단하는 적어도 하나의 제2 셔터(160)를 구비하고 상기 팽창실(14)로 전달하는 안전밸브(16)를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 유체유동을 조정하기 위한 밸브 유니트.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 주밸브(15)의 제1 실린더형 셔터(150)는, 한쪽면은 상기 정온 액튜에이터(12)와 작용하고 반대면은 스프링(154)과 맞닿는 플런저(153)가 그 단부에 구비된 축머리(152)가 구비되고, 닫혔을 때 밀봉링(151)과 맞닿게 되어 있으며 실린더형태를 한 것을 특징으로 하는 유체유동을 조정하기 위한 밸브 유니트.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 정온 액튜에이터(12)는 상기 증발기(2)의 온수 배출관에 설치된 모세관(11)을 통해 정온 탐지기(10)에 연결된 벨로우즈 체임버(120)를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체유동을 조정하기 위한 밸브 유니트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 안전밸브(16)의 제2 셔터(160)는 원추형으로 되어 있으며, 스프링(162)의 탄력에 의해 고리형 밀봉(161)의 구멍과 결합되며, 이 제2 셔터(160)는 상기 제1 실린더형 셔터(150)에 이르는 회송관(18)을 통해 상기 공급관(3a)과 연통되는 작은 실린더형 체임버(163)에 장착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체유동을 조정하기 위한 밸브 유니트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 셔터를 둘러싸고 있으며 상기 팽창실(14)과 상기 안전밸브(16)로 연결시키는 고리형 체임버(17)를 추가로 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체유동을 조정하기 위한 밸브 유니트.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 제1 실린더형 셔터(150)는 내부적으로 비어 있고 상기 회송관(18)에서 상기 공급관(3a)으로 전달하기에 적절한 내부통로(150a)를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유체유동을 조정하기 위한 밸브 유니트.
