Claims (5)
- 원환형 공진기(1)의 하측면에는 탄성 왜형의 진행파가 발생하는 얇은 원환형의 압전 세라믹스(2)가 부착되고 상측면에는 돌출부(5)가 형성되어, 상기 돌출부(5)에 압력에 의해 압축력이 가해지도록 접합되어 있는 회전자(3)는 박막의 마찰재(4)에 의해 덮혀지며 상기 원환형 공진기(1)와 회전자(3)의 동축상에는 구동축(6)이 베어링(9)에 축삽되되, 상기 베어링(9)은 덮개(11)와 받침대(12)에 의해 고정되고 상기 회전자(3)의 상부에는 탄성력을 갖는 판스프링(7)이 접촉되는 원환형 압전초음파 모터에 있어서:M은 상기 원환형 공진기(1)의 무게이고는 상기 돌출부(5)의 전체 무게인 경우,임을 특징으로 하는 원환형 압전초음파 모터.
- 삭제
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 마찰재(4)와 회전자(3)간의 적절한 압착력을 유지할 수 있도록, 상기 베어링(9)을 상부에서 누르는 누름판(13)과 상기 덮개(11) 사이에 금속 재질의 가스켓(14)이 개재됨을 특징으로 하는 원환형 압전초음파 모터.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 원환형 공진기(1)와 회전자(3) 사이에 발생하는 진동을 방지하기 위해 회전자(3)와 판스프링(7) 사이에 고무 재질의 가스켓(8)이 개재되어 탄성 차단재(acoustic insulator) 역할을 함을 특징으로 하는 원환형 압전초음파 모터.
