Claims (2)
- 대구경의 파이프형 본체(1), 상기 본체(1)의 양끝에 용접되는 외부경판(2)(2'), 정화단계별 저장조를 구분하는 내부격판(3)등으로 구성되는 대구경의 복합저장탱크를 제조함에 있어서, 통상의 폴리에틸렌(PE)이나 폴리프로필렌(PP)을 비롯한 열가소성 합성수지중에서 선택된 어느한가지를 재료로하여 파이프형태의 대구경 본체(1)를 압출성형한 다음, 상기 본체(1)에 설치할 부재들인 외부경판(2)(2')과 내부격판(3)(3')을 비롯한 복합저장탱크를 구성하는 모든 부재도 상기 본체(1)와 동일한 열가소성 합성수지로 각각 성형하여 상기 본체(1)에 상기 각각의 부재들을 수직으로 맞대고 그 수직으로 맞닿는 접촉부위를 열풍 용접기로 용융온도이상의 열풍을 가열하면서 상기 대구경 파이프 본체 및 부재와 동일한 열가소성 합성수지를 소형 열풍 압출 용접기로 압출한 후 가압하는 방법으로 필렛 용접(fillet welding)을 하거나, 상기 서로 맞닿는 접촉부위의 사이에 용융 가열판을 끼우고 그것을 가열하여 양쪽 접촉부위를 가열 용융시킨 후 가열판을 제거함과 동시에 맞닿는 부위를 접착하여 용접하는 방법으로 맞대기 용접(butt welding)을 하거나, 상기 맞닿는 부분을 맞대기 용접후 상기한 바와같이 필렛 용접 방법으로 용접을 하는 이중 용접방법으로 용접하는 방법중에서 선택된 어느하나의 방법으로 용접하여 복수의 저장공간을 갖는 대용량의 복합저장 탱크의 제조방법.
- 대구경의 파이프형 본체(1), 상기 본체(1)의 양끝에 용접되는 외부경판(2)(2'), 정화단계별 저장조를 구분하는 내부격판(3)(3')등으로 구성되는 대구경의 복합저장탱크에 있어서, 통상의 폴리에틸렌(PE)이나 폴리프로필렌(PP)을 비롯한 열가소성 합성수지중에서 선택된 어느한가지를 재료로한 파이프형태의 대구경 본체(1)에 상기 본체(1)와 동일재질의 외부경판(2)(2')과 내부격판(3)(3')을 수직으로 맞대고 그 수직으로 맞닿는 접촉부위를 상기 대구경 파이프 본체 및 부재와 동일한 열가소성 합성수지로 용접한 것으로 구성됨을 특징으로하는 복수의 저장공간을 갖는 대용량의 복합저장탱크.
