Abstract
本发明涉及一种制造大容量复合储存罐的方法,其特征在于:使用热塑性合成树脂挤压出大容量的主体(1)和与该主体(1)连接在一起的组件,然后将该主体和组件彼此垂直接触,通过角焊法或对接焊法对接触部分进行焊接,得到大容量的复合储存罐。本发明的方法具有许多特点,例如加工过程简单方便、制造的工作时间短、在短期内可以批量生产标准件、节省用于制造该产品所需的人力和材料等。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种制造大容量复合储存罐的方法,其中储存罐具有多个储存空间,用作通过生物的或化学的处理方法对来自住宅区或工业生产设备的超过容许排放极限的污水和废水进行处理和排放的罐、用作多级净化处理地下水的清水罐、和用作分别保存和处理不同原料的罐,尤其涉及一种使用可回收材料例如热塑性合成树脂制造具有多个隔离储存空间的大容量复合储存罐的方法。
背景技术
在常规的对污水和废水进行多级处理的储存罐中,处理粪便的小的净水罐是通过组装多个部分来形成圆柱形主体而制成的,其材料是热塑性合成树脂例如聚乙烯或聚丙烯;而用于净化和储存污水和废水的大容量复合储存罐是由玻璃纤维增强的热固性树脂手工制成,或者由水泥砂浆制成然后在其表面加防水材料。
更具体地说,所述处理粪便的由热塑性合成树脂例如聚乙烯或聚丙烯材料做成的小的净水罐是通过对接焊制成的,使用树脂挤压出多个部分的板,使用压焊设备得到罐的圆柱形主体,然后在所述主体上通过对接焊组装内部隔离物和外侧板。
因此,依靠上述方法制造大容量(直径)的净水罐是困难的,或者说是不可能的。
在制造如图4所示的大容量净水罐的常规方法中,净水罐的主体10是使用玻璃纤维增强塑料(FRP)手工制成的,辅助部件例如外侧板20,20′和内部隔离物30,30′也是使用FRP制成,然后所述主体10和辅助部件通过插入或折叠进行组装,在组装部分上再手工涂上另外的FRP层,这样就完成了一个净水罐。或者,净水罐也可通过水泥灰浆铸造而成。
但使用上述方法将需要许多人力,且生产周期长,如使用FRP来制造净水罐更是如此。在净水罐的制造过程或报废过程中会产生污染材料,对其进行回收是不可能的;而且由于FRP产品的厚度薄,在冬天净水罐中的微生物的活动停止或减少,从而降低了净化效果。
发明内容
本发明提供一种用于净化污水和废水的复合储存罐的制造方法,以解决用于净化污水和废水的常规污水净化罐和大容量净化罐的制造方法中的许多问题,本发明的制造方法方便,生产周期短,在其加工或变化过程中不会产生环境污染,在其加工或变化过程中出现的废料可以回收,并且将其埋于地下时能充分克服土壤压力。
该净化罐的制造方法公开如下:
本发明的制造大容量复合储存罐的方法包括:使用诸如聚乙烯或聚丙烯的热塑性合成树脂的任意一种挤压出平条带,将所述挤压出的平条带以多层叠置于圆柱形模具上以得到一个圆柱形的罐的主体;或者使用所述树脂挤压出‘口’形管,将挤压出的‘口’形管以螺旋形连续缠绕在圆柱形模具上,同时将管子的折叠部分通过加热进行熔合以得到具有双壁结构的罐的圆柱形主体;罐的组件如多个内部隔离物、外侧板或人孔也使用上述树脂挤压出,将该组件与所述罐的相关位置垂直接触,然后使用与铸造所述罐的主体和组件的树脂相同的树脂对接触部分进行焊接。

实施本发明的最佳方案
现在参照附图详细说明本发明。
本发明的特征在于:在具有多个储存空间的大容量复合储存罐的制造方法中,所述储存罐包括:具有大直径的管状主体1,焊接在所述主体1的两端的外侧板2.2′,隔离每个储存室的内部隔离物3.3′,人孔4等;使用选自诸如聚乙烯或聚丙烯的常规热塑性合成树脂的任意一种挤压出具有大直径的大容量主体1,也使用与用于制造所述主体1的树脂相同的树脂挤压出与主体1连接在一起的组件如外侧板2.2′、内部隔离物3.3′、人孔4等,然后将所述组件与所述主体1垂直接触,并将所述接触部分通过选自角焊法7或对接焊法6的任意一种焊接方法进行焊接,得到大容量的复合储存罐;角焊法7是通过热风焊机吹出温度高于所述树脂熔点的热风来加热所述接触部分,这时候,提供的与用于制造所述罐的主体1和组件的树脂相同的热塑性合成树脂通过小的热风挤压焊机被挤压到所述接触部分上,然后提供的树脂通过压力使接触部分完全焊接;对接焊法6是在所述主体1和组件的接触部分之间插入一块加热板,当所述板被加热并通过该加热板熔化所述两个接触部分之后,去掉该加热板,这时候两个熔化的接触部分粘接在一起。
工业实用性
根据本发明的方法制造具有多个储存空间的大容量复合储存罐具有许多特点,例如制造的工作时间非常短,在短期内可以大量生产标准件,不会产生环境污染,产品稳固,制造产品所需材料少,节省人力成本,废料和废件可以回收。
Claims (1)
1、一种包括大直径管状主体(1)、焊接在所述主体(1)两端的外侧板(2,2′)、隔离每个储存室的内部隔离物(3,3′)、以及人孔(4)的大容量复合储存罐的制造方法,包括如下步骤:使用作为常规热塑性合成树脂的聚乙烯或聚丙烯的任意一种挤压出平条带,将所述挤压出的平条带以多层叠置于圆柱形模具上以得到大直径的管状主体(1),或者使用所述树脂挤压出‘口’形管,将挤压出的‘口’形管以螺旋形连续缠绕在圆柱形模具上,同时将管子的折叠部分通过加热进行熔合以得到具有双壁结构的大直径的管状主体(1);使用上述树脂挤压形成作为组件连接到所述主体(1)上的外侧板(2,2′)和内部隔离物(3,3′);使所述组件与所述主体(1)垂直接触;以及将所述垂直接触部分通过选自角焊(7)或对接焊(6)的任意一种焊接方法进行焊接,所述角焊(7)是通过热风焊机吹出温度高于所述树脂熔点的热风来加热所述接触部分,这时候,与用于成型所述主体(1)的树脂相同的热塑性合成树脂通过小型挤压机提供给所述接触部分,并且提供的树脂通过压力使接触部分完全焊接,所述对接焊(6)是在所述主体(1)的接触部分之间的间隙内插入一块组件加热板,然后对所述板进行加热,通过该加热板熔化所述接触部分,然后去掉接触部分的该加热板,则接触部分就被焊接在一起。
