Abstract

本発明は大型の複合貯蔵タンクの製造方法に関する。該方法は、大径の本体1及び該本体1に組み付けられるアセンブリを熱可塑性合成樹脂を用いて押し出し成形し、これら本体及びアセンブリを互いに直角に接触させ、その接触部を隅肉溶接方法或いは突合わせ溶接方法により溶接して大型の複合貯蔵タンクを得る。本発明によるこの方法には、製造工程が容易且つ便利であり、製造のための労働時間が短く、標準化された物品を短期間に大量に製造することができ、製造のための労働力及び材料を節約できる等の多くの特徴がある。

【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、生物学的或いは科学的処理工程により許容限界以下として排出される住宅街或いは工業施設からの下水及び廃水を処理し排出するタンクとして、あるいは、多重工程を経たきれいな地下水を処理する清浄水タンクとして、また、種々の貯蔵用水を別々に貯蔵し処理するためのタンクとして使用される、多重貯蔵空間を有する大型の複合貯蔵タンクの製造方法に関し、特に、熱可塑性合成樹脂などの再生可能な物質を使用する分離された多重貯蔵空間を有する大型の複合貯蔵タンクの製造方法に関する。

【従来の技術】
多重工程を経る下水及び廃水を処理するための従来の貯蔵タンクでは、ポリエチレン或いはポリプロピレン等の熱可塑性合成樹脂製の円筒状本体を形成する部品を組み立てることにより下肥処理用の小型浄水タンクが製造される。下水及び廃水を浄化し貯蔵する大型の複合貯蔵タンクは、手作業による熱可塑性樹脂などのガラスファイバー強化プラスチックで形成されるか、或いはセメントモルタルで形成し、その後その表面を防水加工して形成される。

特に、ポリエチレン或いはポリプロピレン等の熱可塑性合成樹脂製である下肥処理用の小型浄水タンクについては、バットシーム溶接やプレス溶接装置を使用し、樹脂を用いて多数の部品よりなるパネルを押し出し成形することにより製造している。タンクの円筒状本体を作成し、その後、内部隔壁及び外部側板をバットシーム溶接により本体と組み合わせる。

しかし、このような方法では、大型(大径)の浄水タンクを製造することは困難或いは不可能である。

そこで、従来の大型の浄水タンクの製造方法では、図4に示すように、浄水タンクの本体10をガラスファイバー強化プラスチック(FRP)により手作業で製造し、外部側板20,20’及び内部隔壁30,30’等の補助アセンブリもFRPにより製造し、次いで、本体10及び補助アセンブリを挿入或いは折り畳むことにより組み立て、この組み立てた部品の上に、別のFRP層を手作業でコーティングして浄水タンクを完成させるか、浄水タンクをセメントモルタルにより型を用いて製造している。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかし上記方法では、多くの労力が必要であり、製造時間が長くなり、特にFRPで製造する場合には、その製造工程或いは解体工程において汚れた物質が発生し、それを再生するのは不可能であり、またFRP製品は厚さが薄く、冬季においては微生物の活動が停止するか低下して、浄化効果が低下する。

本発明は、従来の下水浄化タンクや下水及び廃水を浄化する大型の浄化タンクの製造における多くの問題を解決し、製造が簡便であり、短期間で製造でき、製造或いは変更過程において環境汚染を生じさせず、製造或いは変更過程における廃物を再生でき、それらを地下に埋めた際に地圧に耐えることのできる、下水及び廃水を浄化する大型の複合貯蔵タンクの製造方法を提供する。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明に係る製造方法の開示は以下の通りである。

本発明による大型の複合貯蔵タンクの製造方法では、ポリエチレン或いはポリプロピレンのような熱可塑性合成樹脂のいずれかを用いて平らなバンドを押し出し成形し、該押し出し成形した平らなバンドを円筒状の型の周囲に多層状に重ねてタンクの円筒状本体を形成するか、或いは、前記樹脂を用いて口型のチューブを押し出し成形し、該押し出し成形した口型のチューブを円筒状の型の周囲にねじ状に連続して巻き付け、このチューブの折り曲げた部分を加熱して溶かし二重壁構造のタンクの円筒状本体を形成し、そして、多数の内部隔壁、外部側板或いはマンホールなどのタンクアセンブリを前記樹脂を用いて押し出し成形し、これらアセンブリを前記タンクの適切な位置にほぼ直角に接触させ、次いで前記タンクの本体及びアセンブリの成形時に使用したものと同じ樹脂を用いて当該接触部分を溶接する。

径の大きなパイプ状の本体1と、本体1の両端に溶接された外部側板2,2’、各貯蔵室を隔離する内部隔壁3,3’、マンホール4等とを備えた多数の貯蔵空間を有する大型の複合貯蔵タンクの製造方法を示す。この大型の複合貯蔵タンクの製造方法は、径の大きい大型の本体1をポリエチレン或いはポリプロピレン等の従来の熱可塑性合成樹脂のいずれかを用いてパイプ状に押し出し成形し、外部側板2,2’、内部隔壁3,3’、マンホール4等の本体1に対するアセンブリを、本体1の製造に用いたものと同じ樹脂を使用して押し出し成形し、そして、これらアセンブリを本体1にほぼ直角に接触させる。この接触部を、次のうち何れかの溶接方法で溶接し、これにより大型の複合貯蔵タンクを得る。

前記樹脂の融点より高い温度の熱風を熱風溶接機により吹き付けて接触部を加熱し、タンク本体1及びアセンブリの製造に用いたものと同じ熱可塑性合成樹脂を小型熱風押し出し溶接機により接触部へ押し出し成形して提供し、その後、その提供した樹脂を押圧して接触部を完全に溶接するという隅肉溶接方法7。

【発明の効果】
多数の貯蔵空間を有する大型の複合貯蔵タンクを本発明の方法で製造する場合、製造時間を大幅に短く、短期間のうちに標準化された物品を大量に製造することができ、環境汚染が生じず、製品は安定しており、製品を製造する材料は少量で良く、労働費が低く、スクラップ及び廃棄物を生成することができる等の多くの特徴がある。

    前記樹脂の溶点より高い温度の熱風を熱風溶接機により吹き付けて前記接触部を加熱し、前記本体1及び前記アセンブリの製造に用いたものと同じ熱可塑性合成樹脂を小型熱風押し出し溶接機により該接触部へ押し出し成形して提供し、そして、該提供した樹脂を押圧して当該接触部を完全に溶接するという隅肉溶接方法7、或いは、前記本体1と前記アセンブリとの接触部間に加熱板を挿入し、該板を加熱してこの加熱板により前記接触部を溶かした後、該加熱板を除去し、当該溶けた接触部を固着するという突合わせ溶接方法6、のうち何れかの溶接方法で溶接し、これにより大型の複合貯蔵タンクを得ることを特徴とする複合貯蔵タンクの製造方法。
  2. 径の大きなパイプ状の本体1と、該本体1の両端に溶接された外部側板2,2’、各貯蔵室を隔離する内部隔壁3,3’、マンホール4等とを備えた大型の複合貯蔵タンクの製造方法であって、
    ポリエチレン或いはポリプロピレンのような熱可塑性合成樹脂のいずれかを用いてパイプ状に押し出し成形した大径のパイプ状本体1に、外部側板2,2’、内部隔壁3,3’、マンホール4等の本体1に対するアセンブリをほぼ直角に接触させ、該接触部を前記本体1及び前記アセンブリの製造に用いたものと同じ熱可塑性合成樹脂を使用して溶接し、これにより大型の複合貯蔵タンクを得ることを特徴とする複合貯蔵タンクの製造方法。
