Claims (5)
- 커넥터 연결구(45) 및 하부중공(43)이 구비되고, 외주면 일 측면에 회로 안착부(42)인 돌출부가 형성된 하우징(4b)에, 자기 감지소자(3b)가 부착된 PCB(5) 기판을 탭(8b)과 연결되도록 부착하고, 링 마그넷(2)이 인서트 사출된 로터(1)의 중심에 스프링(15)과 볼베어링(11)이 삽입되어 형성되어진 로터 어셈블리(10)를 연결하여 슬리브에 지지하지 않고 로터 자체만으로 조인트에 고정되어 동작함으로써 마찰에의한 고착현상 방지 및 구조의 단순화를 특징으로 하는 스피드 센서.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 하우징에 상기 로터 어셈블리(10)가 조립되어 이탈되지 않도록 리테이닝 링(14)을 로터 어셈블리와 하우징 사이에 삽입하되 이후에 도구를 사용하여 쉽게 분리할 수 있도록 하여 조립을 용이하게 하며, 조립과정에서 불량 발생시 부품의 재활용이 가능하도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스피드센서.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 하우징은 자기감지 소자의 감지부가 마그넷의 위치와 일치되도록 일 측면에 자기감지소자 등의 회로가 삽입되어지는 회로안착부(42)를 일측면에 구비하고, 인서트 사출되어진 탭을 통하여 상기 회로안착부와 커넥터 연결구 사이를 연결하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스피드 센서.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 스프링과 볼 베어링이 삽입되는 상기 로터 어셈블리의 중공에는, 볼의 삽입과 조립을 편리하게 하고 조립도중 및 작동중의 이탈을 방지하기 위한 4개의 홀더 암(13)이 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스피드 센서.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 하우징에 안착된 회로가 보호되도록, 회로 안착부를 습기 및 오일이 침투하기 쉬운 하부중공과 격벽으로 격리시킴으로써 오염을 방지하고, 진동용착으로 커버를 부착하여 외부로부터의 오염을 차단시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 스피드 센서.
